Come and enjoy this polished, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the second floor of the Ocean Rise building in North Ocean City! Community amenities include an outdoor swimming pool and sundeck, an outdoor shower, an elevator, and reserved parking for your comfort and convenience.
This is a must-rent condo, very close to the beach, near all sorts of activities and restaurants, and just minutes from the Delaware state line. Inside, you'll find plentiful natural light and brand-new vinyl flooring throughout, so there's no need to worry about dragging sand in from the beach as you can just sweep it away. There's a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig duo coffee pot, a 29-bottle dual zone wine fridge, and much more.
Enjoy ample storage space (including a hallway closet to store your beach gear, closets in both bedrooms, and a pantry in the hallway), lots of hooks for your beach towels and hats, a private washer/dryer, and central air conditioning. For those days away from the beach, you'll have a large outdoor balcony with Adirondack chairs, board and card games, as well as streaming-capable TVs in each room.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
