Wake up in Ocean City MD. to beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean in this beautifully decorated condo at the Quay! The building offers Indoor & outdoor heated pools ping pong room arcade room seasonal gift shop (open only in summer) saunas in both restrooms on the second floor and a deli for breakfast and lunch! This lovely 2 Bedroom condo is ready to make your new vacation memories!

*As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels bathroom tissue laundry and dish detergents trash bags and even bathroom toiletries!

* Your reservation includes a $75 building resort fee required by the Quay building. This building resort fee includes one parking space for the duration of your stay. Additional spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis at $12/ day or $75 for the week.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed staying in the condo. The place was very well stocked - we could find anything we needed! Scissors, ping pong supplies, beach towels, etc. Thank you so much allowing us to stay in your home away from home. :-)

Stay was an A+ Only thing weird was the AC. It worked and didn’t work etc. starting to learn that’s how most AC units are in OC. But was awesome and ty!

Home with an Ocean View

Felt like walking into our own home except for the spectacular views. Very well equipped unit. Had all the appliances we needed and all the pots and pans and dining wares we use. It’s almost as if they already knew us. The family touches around the unit made us feel welcome as guests. Thank you!
