This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with a glimpse of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Ocean Terrace 307 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The living room is spacious and bright, furnished with a comfy couch facing a television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the room. Right off the living room is a small dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite or setting out a personal buffet. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a personal television. The bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to four people, so it's perfect for a small family!

Went to Oceans Calling and stayed here! Perfect for the price, right next to the ocean, had absolutely zero issues checking out or checking in! The stairs were killer, this unit was on the 3rd floor, stairs only. Definitely got the leg and glute workout during the stay. Location was convenient and we definitely enjoyed our stay!
