Waterfront Two Bedroom Condo w/ Short Beach Walk

The Space:
Waterfront two bedroom, two full-bathroom condo in midtown Ocean City. The open living area features the living room, fully equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast counter and a dining area. There is a porch off of the living area that offers nice views of the surrounding waterways. The waterfront master bedroom features a queen sized bed, ensuite full-bathroom and television. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, twin bed and a television. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. Community amenities include two assigned parking spaces and a waterfront boardwalk that surrounds a majority of the property. Building is within a short walk of the beach and close to Ocean City's best restaurants, shopping, amusements, water sports, nightlife and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. License #85502 Condo is located on the third floor.

General Policies
Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.

The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.

No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.

Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.

Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

Our overall stay was okay. The location is excellent, however, the unit did not have proper wifi, the kitchen supplies in cabinets looked like they weren’t cleaned in months and just thrown around. We did find it frustrating that the unit didn’t have soap or toilet paper; the unit also had a smell when we walked in resulting in us having to replace the air fresheners ourselves. Additionally, when we first arrived, the towels we received seemed like they were the used towels from a previous stay as they were soaked and we were not provided with the appropriate linens for the second bedroom. Once we contacted management, we did receive the linens and towels in a timely manner which was appreciated. Lastly, towards the end of our stay, the coded lock on our door stopped working and we had to use the key provided in the lock box. This was only inconvenient as we had another couple with us.

Great property and location
Really enjoyed staying here. Like the patio overlooking the boats. Management was slow to respond. Arrived and shower was broke and unusable and they asked us to fix it. Then didn't reply to emails. Finally 4 days in to our stay they sent a plumber who fixed it. The good news was there was a second shower but it is tiny about 3x3. Everything else about the stay was good. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils but no basics like salt and pepper so make sure you make a grocery stop and buy Everything. Went parasailing next door and walked to the beach. Overall a nice stay!
