Walkable to the boardwalk and beach Housekeeping very respectful Upon check in, the first 2 hours we spent swatting FLIES in the room and another hour sanitizing areas affected.

Fantastic location room itself is okay. Sand on sheets and blankets when we checked in. Based on location I'd probably stay again and bring bedding. For the price its worth the money. Certainly isn't a luxury spot.

I stayed a week with my girlfriend and we throughly enjoyed the stay. the staff was friendly to give me any needed towels or other things, the nice lady at the front desk let me check in early, and they always made sure to say hello. the room was perfect just a nice comfortable bed to sleep on in the night. sheets were a little dirty, and couldn’t figure out the tv but i’m not one to complain about small things. i enjoyed very much with an affordable price and so close to everything it was very convenient. the ac also got very cold making the room very nice after a long day. i would recommend

Overall the location and the property/motel is good. We’ve stayed here a few times without anything causing us to question. But with staying in the apartment they have this time we had bugs that coming back over and over after killing them. They were like caterpillar like insects that were crawling on the ceiling and floors especially during the night. That was the only big issue that caused concerns. They may need to hire an exterminator to come and get rid of those.

The service was good. Due to traffic I got there extra late and they were able to accommodate that for me. However, the room we got the floor felt like it was ready to give out at any point with even just walking on it! I ended up making that spot a no step spot for my son and told him to crawl over the bed instead of walking on that spot or I’d walk over it to the other side and pick him up over it. The location was great and that’s why I picked it but the flooring def should be re-done soon.

The room was small but clean. Convenient location to the beach and boardwalk. Parking was not ideal for a minivan. Spaces were tight and hard to get into. Overall would stay here again for the price & location.

Semi good stay.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. However, the bed had what looked like urine stains and on the sides it had what looked like blood stains. Also very small, which didn’t matter to us because we weren’t spending much time in there. Convenient to walk to the beach.

Location was convenient and close to boardwalk. Room was what you expect for a last minute decision and price. Only thing that was difficult was parking, spaces arent made for large trucks. Other issue was the guy checking people in is rude and has no personality, should find new job not in customer service

You get what you pay for. Dont go in with high expectations and you'll be just fine. We booked this hotel for 1 night to break up our trip home from the outer banks. Its in a great location. No its not the nicest place and could definitely use some t.l.c. But past that i would stay again for another short stay

Pros: Excellent location, hot water, working toilet. Cons: The door didn’t seal and only had a lock on the doorknob. There was pet damage throughout, mismatched furniture with peeling veneers, and the AC unit was filthy and held up with shims. The window had broken blinds, so people could see right into your room!

Do not recommend…

Tv remote was broken, room smelled very musty, blinds bent/ broke, gap in the door to our hotel room, dehumidifier in room didn’t work properly, bathroom was incredibly small, service was also not the best. After getting back from the beach it was 11:06, I asked if we could go into the room just to get changed and was told no check out is at 11. Which I understand but also at the same time, would have been a nice gesture just to let us get changed for our last day here. We had to go find a public bathroom and change in which was not near where we were. All around would not recommend this place to anyone unless you do not care about anything at all other then a place to lay your head down.

It was a great location near the inlet and board walk and I never had an issue with parking back and forth between the convention center. The room wasn’t terrible. Hard wood floors and a clean bathroom. Some stains on towels and sheets and constant sand feeling under your feet. No curtains, bright outside the blinds and could hear people fighting all night.

No frills old motel catering to lower economy peop

Old no frills hotel. Small rooms and tiny bathroom. Needs major renovations and updating. Old motel. Most of their guests are what I’d call low class ghetto types. I booked it last minute and it was a block from the beach so I figured what the hell. Two nights I paid $500 on Labor Day weekend. This place isn’t worth more than $80 a night. Even with their close location to the beach.

The room served its purpose. HOWEVER, the last night of my 3 night stay, these two flat red tick looking bugs were IN MY BED!!! They weren’t bed bugs idk what they were. But I was beyond paranoid to sleep that final night and honestly if I didn’t have a 6 hr drive I would’ve just left in the middle of the night. Aside from that I’d stay again for the value and location, but maybe bring bug spray?? lol

You get what you pay for. I'm not saying never stay here, just know what this is: Very small, bare, basic rooms. A bed, dresser, frig, TV w/limited channels. No microwave, chair, coffee makers, ice machine, or daily room cleaning. Weak WiFi. A few drink vending machines outside. But there's a 7-11 a few blocks away, and a few blocks from boardwalk. Checkin folks were nice. If you're just sleeping there, spending most time outside, possibly ok.
