"We booked the Premier 1-Bedroom Apartment with Kitchen through Hotels.com and stayed on the first floor. Overall, we had a great experience and were very pleased with our stay. The location was one of the best features. The property is situated at the quiet end of the boardwalk, making it peaceful and relaxing while still being just a one-block walk to the beach and boardwalk. It was the perfect balance of being close to everything without all the noise. **Highlights:** * **Spacious Apartment:** The apartment was much larger than we expected, with plenty of room to relax. * **Well-Equipped Kitchen:** The kitchen came stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. * **Great Pool:** The pool was clean, well-maintained, and a great place to unwind. **A Few Things to Know:** * The kitchen does not include spices, condiments, coffee, or other pantry essentials, so plan to bring your own if you intend to cook. * The pull-out sofa does not come with pillows, blankets, sheets, or other linens, so you'll need to bring your own if someone plans to sleep there. * The bathroom is on the smaller side, but it was clean and perfectly functional. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again. If you're staying in the Premier 1-Bedroom Apartment with Kitchen, just bring a few extra essentials, and you'll have a comfortable, relaxing vacation."

"You can't beat the price to be a half a block from a beautiful beach. Free street parking also a plus. Only complaints is one little garbage can in the bathroom. Can't open blinds. Also blinds are cheap and allow way too much light in. The room is lit all night from outside lighting. They should think of adding some type of breakfast."

"An adorable little gem close to the beach and boardwalk. The pool was amazing and clean. There were plenty of lounge chairs and an area on the patio for tables. The rooms were perfect and very clean. Beds were so comfortable. Bathrooms were also clean and shower stall is large. Staff were so kind and helpful. They gave us towels and chairs for beach. Highly recommend and will stay again."

"Despite the negative reviews of this place I must admit the room I had (105) was quite good,. It was clean, there was plenty of hot water and water pressure in the shower. Shampoo conditioner and soap were provided, The towels and sheets were clean, no hairs or stains,. The shower , was a little scratched on the floor of the bathtub probably because of all the sand, but clean. I am taking 1 star off for 2 reasons, 1) They need blinds on the window because the Persian blinds let in the hallway light and the stairs were next to it and I felt it didn't provide enough privacy, 2) The bed , while very comfortable and clean creaked a lot from the springs. The location is excellent , only 1 block from Midway Steaks / Spicy Cantina on the boardwalk. The parking , while tight was manageable. But we had a pleasant stay and I would stay here again."
