"I went with my family of 4 and my sister’s family of 4. Having 2 full bathrooms and bedrooms on separate floors definitely made us feel like we had our own space and privacy. We weren’t so much in each other’s ways. The 5-10 min walk to the beach was very nice as well since we had very young kids with us to not have to lug them and our stuff too far was appreciated. "The property is located in an amazing location with a private walkway to the beach. Also around the corner from bars, food places and shops. The unit itself comfortably fit our group and the sleeping spaces were great. We loved having the shared back patio to enjoy some sun and grill dinner. "This was our first booking through VRBO and Michael made it very enjoyable. The condo was absolutely perfect for all our needs. With such a short walk to the boardwalk, we were able to park our car the day we arrived and didn’t move it again until the morning we left. "This condo was perfect for our needs. We attended a dance competition therefore were in/out frequently. The location was perfect for quickly going to the beach or the boardwalk. It was nice and quiet during the week and then started to pick up closer to the weekend. Mary had plenty of beach chairs and a convenient locker near the beach so you didn't have to lug the stuff back to the condo. Mary was very responsive to any questions I had. I will rent from her again if I am in the area."
