Enjoy a fabulous vacation in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina in this gorgeous home with all the amenities, including a private swimming pool and elevator. The home has direct, exquisite ocean views due to the open space across the street. The dredging project of 2022 created approximately 70 yards of new beach directly in front of the house.

In three bedrooms, two of which have king beds, you can hear and see the ocean. Enjoy the views on the wraparound first floor deck. The "5 O'clock" Adirondack table on the front deck will be your favorite gathering spot to relax and enjoy the ocean views. Beach access is flat and street level and just 20 steps away across a very quiet road. Kids can enjoy riding bikes with very little traffic in this part of the island. It's not uncommon to see dolphins from the front decks.

The stunning home features six beautifully decorated bedrooms with 5 full baths. The bedding in all the bedrooms was recently upgraded with high end mattresses to provide a great night's sleep.

The home sleeps 16 comfortably in its three master suites (king beds in each), four doubles and one queen. A modern, fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, oversized refrigerator/freezer, and all the tools and appliances you need when cooking for a crowd. In addition, a wet bar with sink, small drink refrigerator and a separate large ice maker to make the perfect cocktails. An oversized kitchen island easily accommodates 6 bar stools, the large dining table can seat 10 and the Adirondack table on the front porch has 6 chairs. The bright, spacious family room has a large HD Smart TV, games, books and puzzles for friends and family to enjoy. High speed internet with a 1GB download speed is included.

In the backyard, a backyard oasis awaits your arrival. The pool measures 12 x 24 with a depth of 5 feet and is surrounded by lounge chairs, stamped concrete and a new Weber grill. For your convenience, a second refrigerator located near the pool area keeps your beverages cold as well as a great place to store extra groceries. There is also a food freezer which allows you to store groceries or multiple bags of ice. Beach chairs and boogie boards are provided during your stay.

Ocean Isle Beach is a family-oriented island which allows you to escape the crowds and traffic of the Outer Banks and Myrtle Beach and just relax. There are no traffic lights on the island. For the golf enthusiasts, there are 6 courses in Ocean Isle and another 40 golf courses within a 15-mile drive. A few nearby golf features courses such as Tigers Eye Golf Links, Sea Trail has 4 courses, Panther's Run, The Links at Brinks Landing, The Pearl Golf Courses, Thistle Golf Club, Heather Glenn, and Sandpiper.

Ocean Isle also features a miniature golf course, beach shops, restaurants and a brand-new park two miles away for the kids to enjoy. For the fishing enthusiasts, there are a few fishing spots on the island and the Ocean Isle Fish Company offers fishing excursions as well as boat, jet ski and kayak rentals.

*Pool can be heated upon request for an extra daily fee. Rate varies based on time of year but ranges between $75 to $85 per day.* Linens and towels are not provided but can be delivered by a local company for approximately $12 per person for the duration of your stay or you can bring your own.
