"My family loves staying at this location at Ocean Isle Beach. This is the second year we have rented this house and next year is already booked. The house is perfect for large families. The pool is certainly a bonus. The house is clean and well stocked. Communication with the owner is easy and always responded to quickly. The only recommendations would be to switch out some of the older pans. Already looking forward to next year. "

"We came to this rental for a mini getaway from Friday, July 4 up until Sunday. With this rental came my group of adults, children, and an infant. There was plenty of room plenty of space to accommodate all of us. unfortunately, we did not have Wi-Fi but the hostess let me know ahead of time and she, tried her best to resolve the issue beforehand. The Internet company did not have time to fix the issue so that’s not her fault more so due to the holiday. Other than that, the hostess is very communicative and she helped us out in a pinch, we ended up playing some of the board games they have at the stay. Plus, there are many attractions nearby. The beach was only eight minutes away so we saved a lot on commute. "

"We have booked this condo over the years. This is the third owner we have rented to. Bernadette was so pleasant and helpful with everything. We loved the updates that had been made to the condo. The new outdoor seating and just simply rearranging the bedroom made a huge difference! The owners are very thoughtful and kind and we just had a wonderful relaxing vacation! Thank you again!!"

"This is the second time we’ve stayed at One of a Kind Home. The home works for all ages, young and old. The home is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. The home is extremely clean and all appliances are top notch. The pool is perfect and access to the beach is ADA so very helpful with little ones. Rhonda is a great owner. She responds quickly to any questions or problems. One of a Kind Home is a 20 on scale of 1-10. "
