Great property!

My entire family enjoyed this property! We had ages 4 to 70+ and this home was great for all! The location was amazing, a super easy walk to the clubhouse for beach access! We would def stay here again!!

Family Vacation

Beautiful home with comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen and close walk to the beach, park, mini golf and restaurants. Beach club access was an added bonus that made getting to the beach so easy!

Friends trip!

Fantastic getaway!

This house was perfect for a girls getaway! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had most everything that we needed. John was helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We really enjoyed the pool area and great location as well.

They house was beautiful. The pictures were nice but the house looked even better in person. We had a great stay. The house has everything you need. The beds were comfortable. The layout was perfect for our large group. John was great we will definitely use this house again.

The house is beautiful and in a great location. Quiet street with friendly neighbors, quick walk to the clubhouse/beach. House is roomy, clean, good sized pool, great outside spaces. John was a dream owner to work with, quickly responded when we had questions. He went above and beyond and we can’t recommend this house enough!

Wedding Vacation

We stayed here for my wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The house is beautiful and has a enough space for a large group. Great location and has access to multiple beach accesses within walking distance. Would highly recommend this house. We had an absolute blast. John communicated well and made sure all of our needs were met.

Amazing Vacation

This was year 34 for us (over 40 stays) and this property was by far our favorite! Everything about it was family friendly and the layout was excellent! The pool was super nice as was the patio area and all the decks. The stairs weren't too many to point we forgot and didnt even use the elevator lol!! We will stay here again for sure. Thanks for sharing your property with us!!

Beautiful house, close to beach, perfect for our families!

Beautiful house with plenty of space for our 8 adults and 3 kids total. Kids loved the pool and easy quick walk to the beach was great making nap times and lunch times easy to come back to. Kitchen was large and two dishwashers and fridges made it awesome with the multiple families. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions or issues. We loved our time there and would definitely recommend the vitamin sea as a place to stay!

Annual Ladies Beach Trip

We were a group of 8 women who have been coming to the beach together for over 15 years. This was our first year in this home. The location was wonderful and a quick walk to the beach. We very much liked being able to go through the beach club entrance and use the restrooms. Having 2 refrigerators side by side in the kitchen along with 2 dishwashers was wonderful. Wish more beach house rentals had that. We also enjoyed having 2 separate living spaces. Would recommend this home.

Booked for wedding party

Our wedding party and ourselves stayed here as a special way to bond. A fun group is always been close but honestly I feel like this is made us feel closer. Every one of us had an amazing time and the host was so easy to communicate with. Even with storms and a power outage he was able to get someone to fix our fridge within hours. We hope to book here for future get togethers with our friends!

How do you express "Great?"

The owner was more than gracious with all our questions, etc. The home is lovely and our family enjoyed every minute of our stay. We are scattered through Ohio, Kentucky and Georgia, so we really appreciate our together time. How well did we like it? So well that not a single individual wanted to leave from our youngest...2 years...to our oldest...75 years. We definitely are planning on a return visit!

Beautiful Family Vacation Home

First time staying at this property and must say, "Everyone was delighted" at how tastefully the home was decorated and clean. This home has everything from sufficient silverware, plates, toasters, coffee pots, etc. for a large family and the kitchen is beautiful. Very short walk across the street to the ocean and the backyard on this property has a beautiful pool. Owner was very prompt answering any issues or questions that come up. Our family would give this property a 5 star rating out of a possible 5!!!!

OIB Gem

This was our fifth year renting from John—our third year at Vitamin Sea. We have already committed to our sixth rental of one of his OIB homes in 2020. He is a pleasure to work with and very responsive if a need should arise. His homes are well maintained and well stocked. The backyard pools are an added bonus our kids and grandkids tremendously enjoy. I cannot rave enough about this particular home and the location. Vitamin Sea has definitely become our home away from home!

Great Location

Four families stayed here and we had a great time! The two living rooms made it nice and didn’t feel like we were crowded.The house was clean, kitchen well stocked, mattresses were incredibly comfortable. The custom made queen bunk beds were great for the kids. The kids enjoyed the pool at the house and the pool at the clubhouse across the street was a plus. The walk across the street made for very easy access to the beach. I wish there would’ve been complimentary starters, especially toilet paper. There isn’t a keurig coffee pot for those that are expecting to use kpods. As stated the linens aren’t provided so you need to bring your own sheets. We would definitely rent this house again!

Beautiful Home with Lots of Space!

My large extended family rented this home for Thanksgiving. The setup of double beds and bunk beds really maximized the sleeping space and ensured everyone was comfortable. The memory foam mattresses and private bathrooms were great! The location, in respect to the beach was nice - it was too chilly to swim but we did walk over to the beach most days to stick our feet in. The clubhouse access made for a very short walk. The only minor drawback to this house was the kitchen - it is small! Cabinet and counter space are scarce which made storing and preparing meals, especially Thanksgiving dinner for 20 people, a little tricky but we managed. Along those same lines, the cookware options are limited. There's literally one set of pots and pans which again made preparing large meals a challenge. On the other hand, there are plenty of cups, plates, and utensils. I'd definitely recommend this house, just be prepared to cook strategically or eat out!

Vitamin Sea Beauty

Just got back from a 3 night stay at Vitamin Sea. Three generations, 6 adults and 2 kids ranging from 3 to 72 were so happy in this amazing house with all of its decks, rooms, the pool, and of course, the close proximity to the beach. The house is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. If you reserve just think about bringing all of the things you use in your everyday life like kitchen sponges, paper towels, dish towels, hand towels, hand soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, garbage bags etc. The coffee pots use the flat-bottomed style filters, not cone-style. Publix is just a 5 minute drive away if you forget anything. You will need your own sheets and our family brought their own comforters/blankets, although there are plenty of blankets in each closet. The pool was lovely this time of year without extra heating. The club house access is such a plus for bathroom and (additional) pool access. The owner of the rental is super easy to contact and very responsive. We already scheming on another trip to Vitamin Sea next fall!

Great house for lots of people

The process was easy from booking to checkout and John was pleasant and quick to answer any questions. The house was just as pictured, clean and in a great location directly across from the private beach access and another pool option. We had 3 families staying there and the 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers was super helpful to have, as well as a dining table that held everyone! We loved being able to all eat together. The teen boys loved having queen size bunk beds and large TVs in each room for winding down at night! The bedroom right off the kitchen is the smallest room and would be better with one king bed instead of 2 queens smooshed together with no walking space in between, but otherwise all spaces and rooms were nice and clean with usable dressers, closets and balconies. Having 2 living areas was great with so many people and a bunch of kids. They were comfortable and spacious but the TVs and remotes were mixed up, programmed wrong and very challenging, and our group is very tech savvy and couldn't figure it out., especially the upstairs TV, even after we put in new batteries. Aside from that minor thing we loved the house, location and amenities. It's a fantastic house for multiple families or friends and several in our group thought it was the best vacation yet! We'd definitely stay here again!
