OUR SPACE
Immerse in coastal bliss at our 2BR, 2BA condo with ocean views. Featuring a spacious, open design with a calming coastal vibe, it's perfect for relaxation. The master boasts a comfortable king bed and en-suite bath, while the second bedroom offers a cozy queen and bunk beds, ideal for kids. The large dining table and huge sectional sofa cater to meals and movie marathons alike. Essentials like a washer/dryer, clean linens, towels, and starter supplies (coffee included!) ensure a hassle-free stay. With Roku smart TVs, a treasure of games, and books, entertainment is at your fingertips. Enjoy a carefree beach vacation with every detail catered for your comfort.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire condo (with the exception of two small privately locked closets), our storage unit with beach gear, community pool and grilling areas.

Our condo is just one mile from the Ocean Isle beach Pier, mini-golf & park with a splash pad and playground. Enjoy everything Ocean Isle beach has to offer year round:

☀️ SUMMER - Friday night concerts, movies in the park, Tuesday outdoor markets, mini-golf, diverse dining options, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, Museum of Coastal Carolina, and abundant fishing opportunities. This family-friendly island is brimming with enjoyable activities!

🍂 FALL - Avoid the crowds and unwind, taking advantage of all the benefits the off-season brings! Ocean Isle Beach is host to the annual NC Oyster Festival every October.

❄️ WINTER - If it is solitude you seek, this is the season for you! Extended stay Snowbirds welcome Nov-Feb - Message for discounted rates.

🌷SPRING - Relish in the rising temperatures and the serene beaches.

As one of the premier NC Brunswick beaches, Ocean Isle Beach is a 50-minute drive to Wilmington and within 45 minutes of both Southport and Myrtle Beach, where you can explore an array of attractions, indulge in shopping and golf, savor delectable dining experiences, and immerse yourself in the local ambiance.

We are part of an HOA and have important rules to be mindful of:
-Pets are NOT allowed
-There is NO SMOKING in our unit or anywhere on the Sandvillas property premises
-Golf carts, boats or trailers are NOT allowed in the Sandvillas parking lot
-Community pool is open from April-October. Rules are posted and should be followed by ALL guests to ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone. Our pool is not heated or lit, so no swimming after dark per state law.

Our condo is on the second floor, up four short flights of stairs. We do not have an elevator.

Great OIB rental

The place was wonderful for our stay in OIB. Property is located right across from the public beach access and they provided everuthing needed for a fun time at the beach. My family had a wondeful stay and will be back again!

Beautiful Beach

Ocean Isle NC is a beautiful place to stay and this condo is the perfect size for a family. With close proximity to the public beach access and a swimming pool behind the condos, there is always some way to enjoy the weather outdoors. The owners are very responsive and willing to help with any needs while staying at the condo.

Great Beach Vacation

Condo is right across from the beach, so convenient. My grandsons loved having both the beach and pool to play in. They have everything you need in the kitchen to cook which my family loves to do together. We enjoyed every minute, and the host was really responsive when we had a question.

Perfect for our family!

This was our first time staying at Ocean Isle Beach, so we didn’t know what to expect. Needless to say, we absolutely loved it there. And we loved our condo. It was exactly as described and pictured, well stocked, and beautiful. The access to the beach was literally a minute walk and made it so easy, especially with a toddler. This place was perfect for our family!

Excellent communication from hosts. We were fortunate enough to add an extra night at the last minute. Had everything we needed for our stay. Bonus was having the bikes, beach chairs and umbrella which we used daily.

Perfect unit by the beach

We had a wonderful stay at this condo, which is just a short walk across the street to access the boardwalk to the beach. We also spent plenty of time at the pool and the unit itself was nicely appointed and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The owner, Jennifer, was super responsive when we had questions. We would highly recommend staying here!

Quick beach getaway

This condo is in the perfect location with access directly across the street to the beach . It has a community pool which was a plus ! Plenty of room for 5 people. Beds were comfortable .Owners are very responsive. We had a minor issue that the owners took care of right away. Perfect little place to stay at to get away from the touristy types of beaches .

Family Beach Vacation

The house was exactly what we were looking for in a beach house. Love the way the house was decorated. Very close to the beach less than two minutes to walk. Beach was beautiful. Morning coffee on the deck was very relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, cups, plates, pots, and pans. Would definitely book this house again. Jennifer was very quick to respond to any questions I had.

Jennifer is the consummate host. Responded to every inquiry quickly and thoroughly. The condo has everything. I mean everything. Only drawback was no weather guarantee !! Ha. Seriously, I can’t imagine a better experience. We will be back.
