"As soon as we walked into the room we got slapped with a horrible smell of dog urine that you couldn’t escape. The room was carpet and was dirty and reeked of urine. We had a small dog with us so we were placed in a pet room. But to have carpet in a pet room is horrible. Our dog is well trained and we understand others aren’t but if we are paying extra to have our dog with us and get stuck with a dirty room is horrible. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"The staff were very rude. The bathtub had cracks all on the floor of the tub. There was mold all over the shower curtain. They didn’t change out the shampoo/conditioner or lotion it was all used. The sheets were also very dirty and gross. The pictures online and the lobby looked very nice but, the bedrooms were very dirty they clean the bedrooms in under 5 minutes. Plus the staff wasn’t very friendly."

"Good for the price. Room was pretty and clean. The presentation of the place is top notch. Room looks a lot bigger in photos. Shower drain was clogged. Parking felt tight and limited so we just walked everywhere which worked since the inn is in a great location"

"We enjoyed our stay .the house was set up with everything we needed. The kids loved the toys and felt right at home watching TV. My grandkids really liked the kids room and my granddaughter wants a bed just like the one there .we had a wonderful time right around the corner to the ocean beach. Plenty on room for us and comfy beds too .I'm hoping to get back soon .I really liked the house ."

"The Westerly Inn doesn’t have ANY of the amenities they claim to have on site. They told us you have to walk two blocks to the Days Inn to use their pool, get breakfast, etc. The “Inn” is a rundown motel with low lives living in the parking lot. When we walked the two blocks to the days inn to check in they told us they had rented out our room because we were “late” to check in. They refused to do anything to help accommodate us or help us find somewhere else to stay. Luckily, the Comfort Inn...

"We have nothing bad to say about our stay here. They thought of everything...not a detail was left out. It was the most comfortable, cozy place to stay. There was enough room for all of us and the kids loved the ping pong. Communication was perfect and pricing was too. We have another getaway booked at this retreat in summer because we loved it so much. If you want the most relaxing stay....stay here!!!"
