"KEEP PETS OFF"- FURNITURE/BEDS. $150 ADDITIONAL FEE (HOUSECLEANER DISCRETION) IF PET HAIR ON BEDS/FURNITURE. $150 IONIZATION FEE IF YOU SMOKE INSIDE.
