It was clean and the owner was also available when we needed help with something. The house was so close to our favorite beach the boardwalk. The kids had fun at the pool, the golf course, and all the beaches. I would highly recommend this place for sure."

"My family of 10 people ranging in age from 12 to 71 years enjoyed this home so much. It was fully stocked, sheets and towels provided, kitchen amenities and family games. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The pool in the community was another bonus. It is super close to all the Bethany attractions and we will definitely be renting here again. The owner has excellent communication and is super responsive. "

"It is a good location. Lock was dead when trying to access the home. It was resolved fairly quickly but then it went dead again. Couch was broken but not a big deal. Overall if was fine for our short beach stay."

"This was an amazing place. Went for a girls trip and had more than enough space for all of us. House was more than stocked with all of the essentials! Beds were very comfortable too which usually doesn’t happen with rentals. Neighborhood was adorable and very quiet. Will 100% stay here again!!"

Lots of kids stuff available for use at the house, which was appreciated. Close distance to grocery stores and short drive to the beach. Wish we could've stayed longer! "
