Make the most of the home's scenic setting with outdoor living on the private patio, or soak up the sun while enjoying some on-site recreation at the Bethany Lakes pool and tennis courts. Less than three miles from the beach and boardwalk attractions, the home also offers convenient access to inland activities, from great golf to retail shopping. Fresh Pond Trailhead parking is just a mile away. Bayfront facilities at Holts Landing State Park are five miles from home. As an added perk, two adult bikes are provided for neighborhood cruising. The two-story interior offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out, while a host of thoughtful fixtures and furnishings are equipped to ensure you have everything you need to get settled. Natural light fills the space and contemporary coastal decor helps to set the tone for your stay. A fireplace, smart TV, plush sectional, and armchairs set the stage for comfortable family gatherings. The sunroom provides a breakout space for morning coffee or happy hour entertainment. A cozy day room at the front of the house features its own TV, sofa, and side table. The kitchen includes ample counter-prep space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances for handling home cooking with ease.
