"Our room was fine but you can see the wear and tear in the bathroom. Also, do not like liquid soap in the shower which had poor water pressure. We ordered room service breakfast as a treat and it arrived in a tote bag not brought in on a nice table with a tablecloth and real plates as we expected. Instead our eggs were in plastic containers and they were lukewarm and the bacon and potatoes were cold. Also went to the American Bar and Grille for dinner and were truly disappointed. They open at 5:00 for dinner and we arrived at 6:00.;We were seated right away, ordered a drink and got ready for what we hoped was a good dinner. One of the specials was Bronzino which we ordered, but they ran out within the hour they were serving dinner. Very poor planning on the chef's part. Had to settle for a pork Milanese which was so salty that we could not eat it. They very nicely took it off our bill.We had a decent fried shrimp appetizer and that was it. Obviously I would not recommend this restaurant or hotel."

"The Room were barely straightened up the toilet was dirty the wash clothes and towels were rough. Calling housekeeping for over an hour no one ever answered. Hold the front desk they took a long time to answer I requested two blankets. 45 minutes later I go down to the front desk to find out what the problem is. I was told that there was a high demand for blankets. Long story short it took 2 hours for me to get a blanket"

"Rooms need to be updated, the WiFi was not working and was told 3 different things from 3 different staff members. One said it was because to many people were on the WIfi, second said that they were having issues with the WiFi on certain floors and the manager told me it was an issue but had been fixed. A lot of the games were out of order and the Waterpart was over capacity. I know we went during a spring break week but it seems like they didn’t stop selling even if they sold over capacity. "

"Everything was great . Except I did not have a door in the shower or a curtain ! Which resulted the floor to get really wet and dangerous But overall it was great . I would be back . I loved that the pool was right outside my room so I’ll def be back in the summertime . "

"The casino , resort, restaurants, and attractions, were excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was so many things to see and do. I attended a show during my stay that was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend Tropicana Resort and Casino to anyone who wants to visit and have a good experience. "
