Ocean View Vacations

"The room review is based on price vs what you get. This was a king room, moderately small n outdated. The room lamp did not work but if you draw the curtains, there is sufficient light. Bathroom was nice size, overall clean. There was sufficient towels. The shampoo n conditioner was the travel size like the days of old. There is a $100 room charge, (for damage I was informed ), which is supposed to be refunded after your stay if everything is in order. Make sure to check your cc stmt for charge...

"Check in was to be at 4 pm. Our room wasn't ready until 630 pm. The front desk said they would call. They didnt , we went shopping at the l9t stores. It was 101 degrees. 2.5 hours last what seemed a whole afternoon. I finally called the hotel number at 630 , and was met with indignance I told them my name and explained I had a reservation and my room was not ready, the security guarde was great with help. "Great food court, gym, and pools. Casino and rooms could use an upgrade. Hard to compete against Ocean since it’s away from the beach and dated. I would come back if the price is right but wouldn’t pay what I paid again for something so far from the beach."
