We are situated right next to the base of Southern California's longest active recreational pier in Oceanside, California, on one of Southern California's most beautiful beaches. Located on main floor, this recently remodeled professionally decorated 2 bed/ 2 bath condo comes fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home while away. Oceanside's small town feel and Southern California weather draw visitors from around the world. Our place can sleep 4 comfortably, as there is a California King in the master bedroom and a Queen bed in the second bedroom.
****This is a quiet complex that is primarily occupied by owners. Great for couples, snowbirds etc. Not for those looking for a 'party' place.

No late check ins 8pm at the latest. Pets or smoking are prohibited on the premises.
*You will be required to sign a owner rental contract that will be sent to you after booking. This unit is equipped with AC, even though the temperatures at the beach are typically mild and there are ceiling fans in every room. There is gated guest parking in the underground garage that allows a maximum clearance of 6 feet.
