The space

The kitchen and living room area have all the amenities you need to enjoy beach-style living. The living room has a pool table and coffee nook to savor your morning coffee. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds. The home is well-decorated to accommodate a Southern California theme. Plenty of storage in the bedroom closets. The rooftop lounge has a seating/dining area as well as a double sun lounger to take in the ocean views and sunsets. The home comes with linens, towels and the basic cleaning essentials you will want to get you started in your home away from home.



**Pet Policy:

- Pets are welcome, but must stay off all furniture.

- An additional fee of $150 per pet applies to your stay.

- If any damages result from pets, you will be responsible for covering those costs.

**Utilities Policy:

-For stays of 28 nights, utilities are included up to $350 per month. Any usage exceeding $350 will be charged to the guest and documented.
