Welcome to The Green Room Hotel, the newest Boutique Hotel located in South Oceanside. It’s home to a vibrant community of people, passionate about ocean, culture, and crafts. Our individually curated rooms are a nod to the surf and sound subcultures of Southern California from generations past and present. Meander again to discover aromatic coffee houses, as well as local boutiques, restaurants serving local craft beers and cocktails minutes from your suite.

Great location, close to restaurants and the beach

Adorable remodeled motel, private , yet right next to restaurants and an easy walk to the beach.. Owner Stephen is very receptive and helpful if you have questions. I loved this place!!!

The property was clean and had a nice front patio, it was a bit noisy from the street. Nice to be able to bike to places
