Luxury Breakwater Beach Pad D110

The Breakwater Beach Pad combines luxury, convenience, and location. Relax while watching the waves break or enjoy the many amenities of North Coast Village that are surrounded with lush tropical landscaping. This is a studio (no separate bedroom) condo with the finest features and new contemporary furnishings. These features include: Samsung HDTV, Wireless Internet Connection throughout the condo, community, and beach, a wall mounted LED color changing fireplace, two ceiling fans (No AC- portable available), Fisher Paykel Two-Drawer Dishwasher and Refrigerator with a wine rack, Wolf Stove, Kitchen Aid Convection Oven/Steamer/Microwave (not a full sized oven), a spa-like bathroom with towel warmer, a custom wall bed with a high end memory foam mattress that can be stored easily away for extra living space, a pull-out sofa to accommodate two additional guests, an ottoman that pulls out to a small bed, and a balcony to enjoy the ocean view with a breeze! Once you have stepped onto the grounds of North Coast Village you will be surrounded by waterfalls, saltwater pools, spas, and  a large Koi ponds. There is a Recreational Room equipped with pool tables, ping-pong, and fuse-ball. There is a small putting green and a fitness room complete with a sauna room. If you take a few more steps you will find yourself on the white sandy shores of Breakwater Beach.  There is a lot to see and do within walking distance but please browse our website to discover all that Oceanside and San Diego have to offer. PLEASE NOTE: North Coast Village is a smoke free community and smoking is not permitted inside the unit.

Great location, many amenities onsite. Awesome views. Parking is tight if you’re driving a larger vehicle plus you can’t back in, which is stupid.

More than we imagined

More than we imagined everything was so hospitable. But I had no idea that we would have one of the most beautiful views and fall asleep to the waves. Wonderful community at the condo association and the tenants there. Everything was so clean and people took such pride in their living area

Wonderful Vacation Condo

The condo is located in a beautiful and well kept community. The complex is gated and secure. The condo itself was spotless and has everything you could possibly need. Sitting out on the balcony is a great place to soak up the sounds of the waves and feel the breeze. Only a short walk to the beach and the pool and spa. I would have preferred the assigned parking spot to be one level up to be closer to the condo. I liked the proximity to the marina and the restaurants. I definitely recommend D110!

Ocean view with ALL the amenities

Me and my family stayed at the condo for 5 days and I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our selves! It is perfectly located to walk to the beach, habor or pier. We stayed for the 4th of July and the fireworks from Camp Pendleton were amazing to watch from the beach on the north side of the condo. My two little guys loved that there was a beach bag filled with sand toys and enjoyed hunting rock crabs everyday! This was a perfect location the we all enjoyed... the adults as well as the kids. The condo is well equiped and mantained... but we came for the beach and spent most of our time outdoors. It truly was the perfect location for our family vacation!

My stay at North Coast Village

Everything was wonderful until we got ready to go to bed. We had never experienced sleeping on a Murphy bed before. The bed was too low for us to get in and out of bed, so we used the bed in the couch and it was not really comfortable for us (as we are in our 70’s. The shower was very difficult for us to navigate as the side was so high and stepping into the tub was a long step down. The water pressure in the shower was not good and it took us longer to shower than usual. Otherwise everything was perfect, sleeping with the sliding glass door open and hearing the waves of the ocean crashing on the beach was so delightful. We were in great proximity to the elevator and also getting to our car. Brooke was so accommodating when we had trouble getting on the internet in the room. We had a fabulous time and would return if we had better sleeping arrangements and the shower was easier to get into, like a walk in shower.

We loved this little apartment. It’s location is absolutely the best part. The amenities are a plus but we didn’t have time to enjoy them. If we find ourselves in OSide again, we will rebook for sure

Communication was great! My Husband & I needed a weekend away and this condo was everything we were looking for! The property was so clean & steps from the beach. Condo was beautifully decorated & equipped for all needs. Took the comfy beach chairs provided & the Murphy bed was very comfortable! We’ll re visit again!

A perfect location and a lovely condo

This unit is perfect for a couple. The location was wonderful for enjoying the beach and all that Oceanside offers, while being away from the crowds of the pier area. The condo was immaculately clean and well-furnished. The owner always responded to our messages within a short time. We will definitely book again!

We had a wonderful long weekend! Loved the condo (couch and mattress could use an upgrade) Unfortunately the elevators were out of service. The upgrades in the condo are very nice and tasteful! For the most part things were great!

AMAZING!!!

I cannot express enough just how wonderful this condo was. Absolutely perfect for two people just trying to get away for a little while. Everything from the incredibly short walk to the beach, the amazing hospitality and problem solving of the host, the amenities in the condo and in the facilities, the shops and restaurants near by, the view of the ocean and beach from the room, ALL OF IT. I can go on and on about everything this booking has to offer. Absolutely coming here again. Thank you so much to the wonderful host. Perfect. 10/10!!!

Nice updated condo

It took us a minute to locate the elevator which was helpful when hauling suitcases to the room. Loves the view from the room and the balcony. Furniture was nice too. The balcony faces the street so some slight noise comes from there but not bad. The view and updated room was nice. The Murphy bed was also surprisingly comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at this condo in the past & it has been updated. Just the right size for two people. The view is terrific & the location is close to the sand. The interior is bright & inviting. We can walk to restaurants & the harbor. Enjoyed our stay!

Should’ve Read the Fine Print !

I was excited to see the room we got this year, based on the price I figured it was going to be epic! Little did I know that when I looked into the bathroom area for the bedroom THERE WASNT ONE !? We’ve been coming here for 20+ years and I’ve never seen a studio ! Probably my bad for not noticing the small square footage and assuming spaciousness on the price range. But we adapt. I did have 4 family members in here at one point and I do not recommend that at all ! Unless the are all under 5’6” and 100lbs as we had to remove the pads from the Ottoman and the couch so brother and his son could fit on it without sleeping on bars for a week. Let’s splash in some good. Great view (BEWARE THE BEE SWARM). Quick access to beach. Plenty of towels. But no dish soap, no scrubbie, no batteries in the3D glasses, no remote for the TV, freezer melts Ice into an iceberg as it makes it, no organization to kitchen goods (and lots were dirty). You need a new shower head. There’s good pressure in the tub but the mineral deposits have slowed the shower head to a light trickle. I hope by pointing out these things they can get fixed so the next guests that rent D110 will have a better stay than us (we are extremely adaptable but still need to point out the problems). We however will not be staying in this room again.
