You will have plenty of space with this multi-level home, a rooftop deck, oceanfront balconies, beachfront patio and semi-private beach/sand area, private spa, barbecue, wall unit AC and more!! This is a perfect home away from home, with great character. With 4 stories of bedrooms and living space, there is something for everyone, not to mention the great Pacific Ocean outside your back door.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

Great option in Oceanside for a big group

Rented this house for a couple days with 8 guys and it was perfect. Shared bathrooms was the only downside and the property isn't in pristine condition (typical beach town stuff) but overall highly recommend.

Fabulous location

Perfect house and location for a girls weekend. View, gathering areas, bedrooms, outside areas, parking all great. Cooking/serving items were pretty slim but lots of dishes, glasses and silverware. Look forward to our next stay!

Beautiful home and beach!

The property was spacious and clean. We were a large family so I really appreciated that there was always a bathroom handy if you needed one. There were many convenient ways to access the beach and I liked that the bedrooms were spread out on each floor; it felt private and simultaneously communal. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Wonderful Property at the Beach

The property was in the perfect location. As advertised our 22 person party really did have enough beds and space to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen was set up to be able to feed our large party with no trouble (enough plates, silverware, glasses, and pans). Overall it was an excellent property!!!

Amazing

This home is beautiful and perfect for a family gathering. The house has 5 separate floors so even though you have a large group, each has their privacy. Property was clean and management was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Plenty of kitchen supplies, toiletries and beach towels. Lots of stairs so be prepared for some climbing!

July 2017 Stay

Perfect beach house!! We had 28 people ranging from 0-80, mostly kids. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own space but also be all together. The kids loved the hot tub, and we all loved being right on the beach. The house is far enough away from the public beach that you don't have to fight for sand space or worry about running into others in the water. We did have some rocks come up right where the waves broke on shore, and we have some battle wounds. I'd recommend bringing water shoes in case that happens. All in all it was a perfect place for a wonderful trip!!

Incredible Beachfront Property

This is an absolutley beautiful house right on the beach in Oceanside. All of the doors open to reveal unrestricted views of the ocean, and the two balconies are large and perfect for hanging out outside. The managing company is very responsive as well. The only problems we had with this house is it does need a little more attention to detail in the upkeep department. Both of the car elevators in the garage were broken, so we could only part 1 car in the garage instead of the advertised 4. That in addition to some of the fireplaces and remotes not working seemed odd in a place of this high caliber. Overall did not effect our stay, and we highly recommend it.

The location was phenomenal and the property management company had the beds made with welcome towels for every guest. The "hospitality" app used to communicate with the management was super useful and had almost all the information needed! The garage parking was the only bummer. The lift system would have been useful, but it was out of order. Luckily the property management company has a parking lot about 2 miles up the road, so we shuttled a couple cars there. It worked out fine. We will definitely book again!

We have a large family, 25 of us, and this home was perfect! From the size of the house to the location, it could not have been better. I don't know if we got lucky but the size of the beach, all day long, was awesome! We had read some reviews that others were not so fortunate because of high tides but it was really good for us. The house was very nice and clean. It had all the comforts of home you could want or ask for. The Beach Front Only team was incredible. We had a few issues that needed to be addressed and they were, usually within minutes, it was quite amazing. Our vacation was perfect and I would rent this home again in a second, and would recommend Beach Front Only Vacation Rental properties for sure!

There was a bathroom available for every room in the building, and it had great rooms and outdoor space. Shopping was very close, and the location provided easy access to everything we needed and wanted. The ocean was so much fun. The only consideration that may not be apparent on booking is the proximity of the water to the breakwater rocks lining the property at the oceanfront. When it is high tide there is no ocean level beach. The waves break onto the rocks. It wasnt too much of an issue as the kids were happy to play when the tide was out, and a sandbar in front of the property makes ocean play very fun and safe. Overall I would recommend this property.

We had a great time as usual and the place supported our needs. Only issue we had was the smoke detectors going off the first morning around 3 (low battery and they are tied to one system) so we couldn't shut them off (ugh...) Only woke up half the group. Batteries had dates so guessing this has happened before and they should have been changed out. We had a lot of rain and three window sills were leaking causing us to set up towels but wasn't a big deal. Overall another great experience with Beachfront Rentals

The Most Amazing Week Ever

I do wish we could have had more beach sand in our back yard area for the kids to play in with their buckets and shovels. We called on it and they were able to come and drop some sand for the last couple days. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their own space. The washer and dryer was a HUGE hit. I would love to be able to do this again in the future. I would HIGHLY recommend this to ANYONE!!! Truly was therapeutic. My husband usually is a nervous wreck during the stay, but he was so relaxed and enjoyed the whole stay.

Work trip

We booked the house for a work trip and it was perfect for our group. We could walk everywhere or get a quick ride on the Goside to restaurants and bars. THe house was great for our 9 party group and the accommodations worked perfectly for our meetings. Our host was excellent and communicated amazingly throughout. We would definitely recommend and stay again.
