Beautiful single story Unit facing north toward the Harbor and Ocean beach in gorgeous North Coast Village. Views from the patio with full kitchen and updated bathroom. Gorgeous ocean breeze but no air conditioning. Lush landscape with Koi ponds, waterfalls and streams. Large pool and spa for your use that are heated year round. Putting green, direct beach access and a few minute walk to the beach, pier or harbor. Walk to restaurants, bars and harbor. Unit has beach chairs, boogie boards linens and beach towels. Attractions nearby include: Legoland, Flower Farms in Carlsbad, Wild Animal Park, San Diego Zoo, Sea World and Knotts Berry Farm and Disneyland. Over 50 wineries and great Old Town area in nearby Temecula. Great central location! Come to explore Southern California, or relax at the beach. Very walkable city.

Great Getaway!

Great location within walking distance of ocean, pier, restaurants - perfect! Condo was perfect for my daughter, husband and I. The pool is nice. Great option if you're in Oceanside.

Very lovely

We enjoyed our stay. Weather was so nice. Avg temp 70 degrees. Pool was nice, hot tub was great. Only thing we didnt like was having to pay for laundry. Trust me that is not a deal breaker here. We were able to walk down to the pier and enjoyed the local marketplace on thursday. And its right next to the Top Gun House. We walked everywhere and had so much fun.

Excellent experience with beautiful lodging and extremely responsive host!

Every concern I had was addressed quickly and my concerns were mostly related to traveling with my 95 yo father-in-law. Incidentally, the parking spot was on the same level as the condo, so it was very easy access for all of us! We had a wonderful stay!!!

Great Stay

We loved everything about our unit. It was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. Also, we loved the property. It was beautifully landscaped and you could walk out a gate right onto the oceanfront or a short walk to the boat harbor. Plus, the parking made everything extra easy. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location

Located about halfway between the harbor and the pier, this condo was a great find. The weather didn’t cooperate, but still had a great time exploring when possible with lots of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Everything in the condo was clean and exactly as advertised. I’d definitely return to this location!

Clean condo unit. Extremely responsive host. Great location right on the beach. Walking distance to dining, shopping, and activities. Great water pressure in the shower. The amenities were clean and very nice (pool, hot tub, work out facilities, and sauna. The activity room was clean and centrally located.

Excellent location, beautiful grounds.

Loved our stay in this unit. We ate breakfast on the patio every morning. Enjoyed watching the hummingbirds that loved the waterfall, trees and feeder by the patio. The beach is a three minute walk from the unit. Walking distance to fun shops and great food. Complex was beautifully landscaped. The Pool was great. Looked like they are expanding it as there is some construction/landscaping repair happening. We received notice that water was being shut off for a few hours one day, but we were fine. We went and explored the mission that day. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.

My rating is based mostly on our experience at the property , not the individual unit. Negatives: Unfortunately, construction was going on outside of our unit and above our unit. Contractors did start after 8 and were done by 4. We also had a smoke/Co2 detector go off upstairs and in our unit. Lots of noise when we are on vacation. Cleaning was so-so. Items left under couch cushions, under bed, items (chairs, bogie boards) left outside on balcony. Could be improved. Unit is showing some wear and tear in areas, screen door broken, couch uncomfortable, flooring issues, large coffee pot broken. Positives: Communication with owner and property manager were great and timely. Great views of the bay and ocean. Wife stated the bed was the best we have slept on in all our travels. Unit was decorated well, not to much and not bare. Grounds of complex are amazing and good food is just a walk away. Things to do are awesome, walk to the pier, harbor, downtown, etc. Short drive to grocery, shopping, for us family. Overall: WE love this complex and all it offers. This unit is a great find. When we come back, we will definitely see if this unit fits into our schedule.

We really enjoyed the stay. The unit was very clean. Great view from balcony. Plenty of space for family of 4. Had pretty much everything you need. Tv channels and wifi were great. Also walking distance to beach. Would highly reccomend staying in this unit.

Beautiful!!!

We loved our stay in this beautiful, well maintained, and extremely well stocked place on the beach! Seriously the kitchen has everything you might need and there were plenty of extra towels and bedding. Located within walking distance of the pier and near all the shops and restaurants. The property grounds and unit are very clean and extremely well maintained. You have access to a well equipped gym with a sauna and a whirlpool as well as the outdoor pool. Check-in and check out was very easy. We loved having a gated covered parking spot very close to the unit. The host is extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!

Excellent accommodation

Wonderful stay at the property. Check-in was seamless and the suite was clean and welcoming. The only constructive feedback is in regards to the pull-out couch bed. It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable, even when the mattress was taken off the frame (which had to be done as there was no way one could sleep on it otherwise) . Once the mattress was placed on the floor for additional support, it was still very uncomfortable due to the quality of the mattress. Unfortunate as the stay otherwise, and the main bed, was exceptional. I would highly recommend this accommodation (if you do not need to utilize the pull-out)

Not Clean

We have stayed in several units at this location and this was the least clean of all. While the surfaces appeared clean there was a great deal of hair, dirt, dust and ants all throughout the unit. It needed a very good deep cleaning.
