We only stayed one night. I booked a room not knowing what it would be. Turns out it was an interior room but they upgraded us to a waterfront room which was awesome. These are condos you are renting so they have everything you need. Underground parking is a big plus.

The beach-front room was a huge plus. The rooms were clean but could use some TLC on the finishing items and updates to make it feel much cozier. Check in was super quick and smooth. Hut tub is by reservation only. Overall it was a great bang for our buck and we would stay here again.

The apartment has plenty of tableware and cookware, but doesn't have any spices other than salt and pepper. The hotel has bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas available. There are homeless camped out just outside hotel grounds, but they are harmless and didn't cause any problems. The location is amazing.

I can’t say enough about this place! By far the best beachfront location! My two year old loved the playgrounds right on the beach. We spent the morning watching people surf and the evening my daughter sat on the patio (we had a bottom floor room which I highly recommend) waving to the cars as they drove by. Might be loud for some depending on the day of the week. The noise didn’t bother us though and compared to other beach towns it honestly is not bad. I honestly can’t wait to make this an annual trip!

The room was clean and absolutely perfect. It is exactly what they have listed and shown. Our room was right on the strand and we had the perfect view. Perfect location, very close to the pier and several good restaurants. Coffee in the lobby or a coffee house is a couple blocks away. Nicole welcomed us and took the time each and every day to make sure our stay was phenomenal and we felt welcome. Her great customer service is top notch. Would definitely plan to stay at this location again. A true gem!

Loved sitting on the patio facing the ocean to watch the people, the cars and the dogs go by. The room was good, but no A/C so a bit stuffy. We visited in October and was able to keep it comfortable with a fan that was in the unit and all of the windows and doors open. While there is self parking for the guests in a garage it is REALLY tight.

Horrible we booked the room we wanted little over a month out l, called on a Monday to confirm our stay for Friday. Got a call around noon to say they double booked our room and we would he sent to another resort further down the road and further from the beach. We booked a room where you can walk literally across a one-way street to be at the beach 1015 feet we got sent to resort or we had to walk half a mile just to get to the beach. It was away from everything nice resort, but definitely not what we wanted. Beyond disappointed with how the company act and I feel like since these are timeshares that an owner decided that they wanted to come instead of sitting there saying sorry we already booked our room. They just screwed us and I was looking very forward to staying in that room and relaxing for the weekend.

Family friendly, just a few steps from the beach. No AC, but was nice and cool at night with window open. Only down falls were people driving down the boardwalk all night playing loud music… if you’re a light sleeper you definitely won’t sleep well. Staff was very accommodating and had chairs and umbrellas ready for your to borrow for your day at the beach.
