Welcome to your luxurious beach getaway at Tower 9, just steps away from the ocean in the beautiful coastal town of Oceanside! Our newly remodeled and redecorated condo features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a comfortable living room with a sleeper sofa, making it the perfect home away from home for families, friends, and couples.
The well-equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances and cooking essentials is perfect for whipping up delicious meals, and two private patios provide stunning views of the ocean and a comfortable place to relax. You can also take advantage of our selection of beach gear, including toys, bikes, boogie boards, surfboard, and towels, as well as cozy blankets and a wide selection of streaming apps on one of the three flat-screen TVs. Enjoy the two large out door patios with seating, BBQ and fire pit.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a king bunk bed with a twin above and a twin trundle, and the living room has a new queen pull-out sofa, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to eight people. The condo is located on the ground floor.
Our prime location in the beachfront neighborhood of Oceanside allows easy access to all the attractions the town has to offer, including Downtown, the Oceanside Pier, and the Oceanside Harbor. You can dine at unique restaurants, breweries, or wineries such as Local Tap House, Bagby Brewery, Barrel Republic, Coomber Craft Wines, or one of the Harbor’s waterfront restaurants. On Thursday nights, check out Sunset Market by the Pier with local artists, live music, and food vendors!
Our condo features an attached one-car garage, and open street parking. We also provide a washer and dryer, free fast WiFi, linens, towels, toiletries, and a First Aid kit. For your convenience, we have installed exterior surveillance cameras, and you can access the property using the keyless entry code that will be set to the last 4 digits of your phone number.

Great place to stay.The upper deck was everyone's favorite, great views. Really nice to have parking in the driveway and a garage for gear. The master bed was super comfy and the bedrooms were very quiet.

Oceanside Ironman 70.3
Our family loved staying here to cheer for the Oceanside Ironman 70.3. The finish line was within walking distance and the run portion of the race is 1 street down. It was very clean and nice inside. The beds were perfect for our family and everyone said they would love to stay here again.

Quaint and comfy
The property was very clean, property manager communicated with us prior to and throughout our stay. Location is great. Neighbors are quiet and parking was easy. The upstairs patio is amazing. Sitting on the patio listening to the waves crash and drinking coffee made for the best mornings of our trip. We appreciated that the house came with some beach necessities. Less we had to pack and bring with us. The only minor suggestion we would have is to change out the patio dining set. It has rusted due to the ocean weather. 10 out of 10 would recommend the this property. Hopefully we will be able to come back soon.
