This villa is set in one and a half acres of landscaped gardens, boasting a variety of fruit trees also its own swimming pool, gazebo and barbecue facilities in our villa Patiently Waiting.

There is the most beautiful beach within 5 minutes with many activities. i.e. Jet skiing, scuba diving and a whole lot more. There is also horse riding facilities within 5 minutes walk of the villa.

Super-power ceiling fans along with air-conditioning all the things that you need to make your vacation enjoyable.

Chef Cleavy world-class cook in Jamaican cuisine will cook for guests for $30 USD per day please ask for Cleavy when you arrive if you require his services

Beach Passes

Please be advised that beach passes are provided for your convenience during your stay. However, if a beach pass is lost, a fee of $150 USD per pass will be charged. All guests are required to sign an agreement acknowledging this fee upon check-in.

Gate Remote Keys

We ask that you take extra care with the gate remote keys during your stay. If a remote key is lost, a $150 USD fee will be charged. As with the beach passes, all guests will need to sign an agreement confirming their understanding and acceptance of this fee.

    Overall our stay was good, host was very friendly and helpful. Lots of beautiful outside space. Some minor things that would help. Some welcome drinks even water would have been nice. Would stay again and would recommend.

    Beautiful mini resort in Ochi Rios

    Was a lovely stay the pool was fantastic. We loved the walk to the beach , the beach is just lovely , please do not hesitate to book your stay at Mammee Bay Resorts , had a lovely weekend. It’s very easy to get to the town from there. Thanks Chris for a lovely stay. We will definitely book again

    I love that it was right next to Riu and I could hear the entertainment going on.

    The place overall is quiet. It is off the main road but you'll hear a bit of motor vehicles passing by because there are other hotels and tourist attractions in the area. I wasn't there long enough to really enjoy the pool and jaccuzi. The host was really nice and welcoming. The only downfall is that 1 of the rooms you had to exit the bedroom to use the bathroom. Rooms were equipped with both fan and AC

    From arriving it was not as was described and also told we wasn’t allowed to use pool which that is why we chose this property everything about it was a lie we literally had a bedroom each and 1 bedroom had en-suite which we was told both bedrooms had en-suite it had a outside kitchen and the dining if you could call it was a slim passage with a small table 2 chairs and there was 4 of us we had to squeeze past this table that’s how small it was,the kitchen never had all utensils we bought our own cleaning products and cleaned everyday as a lot of ants we did complain about this to the manager and all he could do is offer us £100 (which we never received)with not been able to use pool but that wasn’t the point we booked this property for the pool and we stayed there for 3 weeks money down the drain . Further to this my friend was given the studio room as she was unhappy with her room and then moved back out back to the old room to accommodate another family .

    The property was nice, beautiful grounds. First day was good next day no Wi-Fi except at the main house and or hot water. Advised property manager, he said we could sit out on the veranda and use the Wi-Fi. Why did we have to be inconvenienced with this.

    Amazing!

    A comfortable house that will meet your expectations of a vacation with a surprising cultural experience that will be tailored to your needs. Chris gave us great advice and introduced us to some locals who provided a home-like atmosphere. Patiently Waiting was in a convenient spot within seconds of food and convenience, and minutes from attractions. The beach access was beautiful and quiet. It was a short walk in the complex and offered a restaurant and bar with a discount from the villa. We are already planning our return!

    I had to give this Villa 5 star as the facilities, pools,  etc were spot on! There were little things that could be improved but it certainly is much better than the pictures showed on the website. (Unfortunately the photo's don't do it any justice) This was my first time back to Jamaica after 10 years and couldn't of chosen a better place to stay! Being a young woman (23) I didn’t ever feel unsafe, even when I was on my own. Also the water is pretty much crystal clear, the villa is so beautiful! The staff are all so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Countless times we had questions or requests and they were all answered and met. A special shout out to CHRIS (the house keeper) the smiliest, friendliest, most helpful guy! A massive thank you needs to go to the cook  he was an absolute diamond! He made our dinner times just that little bit better with outstanding yummy dishes, & the best service! Overall, I had the most relaxing holiday and I would return again! I had an amazing time and would always recommend a Villa Patiently Waiting.

    Once again very satisfied with Patiently Waiting. This is our 4th time staying there. We needed a short stay place near Rebel Salute & this was convienent, reasonably priced, clean & efficient. Staff was helpful & friendly, we needed some clothes washed & they helped us with that & security is tight.
