"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My Experience at Moon Palace Jamaica I really enjoyed my stay at Moon Palace Jamaica! From the time I arrived, I was excited to finally relax and enjoy my vacation. The resort is beautiful, and I loved being surrounded by the amazing views and Jamaican atmosphere. One of my favorite things about the stay was that there was always something to do. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beach, eating, or participating in the activities, I never felt bored. The staff was friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable. The food and drinks were good, and I appreciated having different options to choose from. Overall, I had a really nice time and made some great memories during my stay. I would definitely recommend Moon Palace Jamaica to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. Jamaica was beautiful, and this resort helped make my trip even more memorable. I would definitely visit again! 🇯🇲❤️"

"Absolutely loved this resort! The staff were extremely nice and went out of their way to accommodate any requests, with a smile on their face. Ruth, Shavel and team at the Spa gave us wonderful massages. Cons: Dinner food was okay, but not great. Steak and lamb were so tough, we could not cut through them with our knife. Fish had several bones in them on 3 different occasions. Breakfast buffet was great. The jerk chicken was the bomb!"

"Staff were really friendly and warm especially the breakfast staff Nazda, Bernard, Landor, Diana, and also the bar staff Danville and Nikita. Super lovely guys, made our stay feel like we were staying with family. Our cleaner Thelma was a dear and looked after us. Loved the pool, jacuzzi, and the sea balcony. Great location close to Mohogony beach, Ochi main street, Bay Beach and Eight rivers shopping centre etc. Very chilled place and will definitely be returning."

"The room was cleaned upon arrival. However wifi only worked for a few minutes one day and never worked again. There was no housekeeping service and qas told if I wanted housekeeping that is an additional cost."

"We just spent 7 nights at Royal Plantation. What a beautiful and special place. The grounds are immaculately kept and there is a great sense of pride from all staff in making the resort feel more like a home away from home. Every single staff member we interacted with were so friendly and took time out of their day to stop and have a chat. We loved meeting all of them. We always felt so well taken care of. There was nothing that was ever too much trouble. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Our butlers Anthony and Robert made us feel so special and we loved all the little surprises they arranged. The general manager Omar is a huge credit to Sandals and does an incredible job making you aware of his presence and checking in on us to ask if there was anything we needed. The food and drinks are 10/10 we did not have a bad meal and there were many stand out dishes. We hope to be back and see everyone again very soon. Thank you"
