Come relax in comfort in this beautiful bungalow on the North Coast with 24 hr security, pool, tennis court, playground and gym on site. This lovely 2-bedroom bungalow is fully air conditioned. Escape to cool comfort with ceiling fans throughout. If you prefer natural air, this is one of the few homes in the area that has insect screens on all windows and exterior doors, so just open them up and enjoy the sea air. Guests have complimentary access to the clubhouse, gym, outdoor swimming pool and kiddies play area. There is a small rental fee for pool chairs, fitness center and tennis court use that is collected there at time of use.

You will have access to everything except my storage cupboards with locks on them. Starter supplies provided include toilet tissue, paper towels, mini body lotions, shampoo & conditioner, mini soap bars and garbage bags.

The A/Cs have sensors. They will only operate when you are in the room and all the doors and windows are closed. So, for example, if you go into the bedroom and turn it on, but there is a door open, it will turn off within 3 minutes. Another example, if you go into the bedroom, turn it on, exit the room and close the door, the A/C will shut off after 60 minutes, because it will sense you are not in the room.

Very nice property

House was very nice; exactly as shown / advertised. Rooms are great; beds comfy. Very clean. Towels are plenty (both bath and beach). Kirk - our host - was super accessible throughout our stay. Check in was no problem (despite our delayed arrival) - easy peasy. We played tennis daily and courts are great; quite unused. Pool was also great.

Peace and quiet.

This property was peaceful and quiet, beautifully manicured and spotless. Everything you could need starter supplies wise was right at your fingertips. Kirk (Host) was amazingly communicative and friendly. The location was close to anything you could need. The best Scotchies and brand new super market/gas station is within 5 minutes. The guard station made us feel very secure. We loved it here and actually would love to stay with Kirk at this property again.
