Two Bedroom Beach Access Villa with Swimming Pool and short walk to the Old Fort Bay beach.



With a short walk to the beach, this gorgeous two bedroom, two and a half bathroom Villa is located in the beautiful Watermill Villas gated-community at the foot of the North South Highway just outside of Ocho Rios and directly next door to Old Fort Bay.



Your ideal vacation rental has a spacious open concept living room, dining room and kitchen on the first level with direct access to your private patio and community swimming pool.



The upper level consists of two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. The bright and spacious primary bedroom has a queen-size bed and overlooks the swimming pool downstairs. The second bedroom, has two twin-size beds. Both bedrooms are outfitted with AC units, ceiling fans for your comfort.



From downstairs, stroll out through the French doors onto your private patio and follow the pathway to the community swimming pool. Enjoy the beautifully manicured landscape or light up the outdoor BBQ grill by the swimming pool for a lime with family and friends. A five minute walk from your Villa will take you to the private Old Fort Bay beach (entry door access code required).



You will enjoy your vacation stay with us and when you leave, you will return again and again to this beautiful place.



Guests will have full access to the entire Villa and all the amenities on property.

​This beautiful property is located approximately 10 minutes west of Ocho Rios. Quick access to many major tourist attractions such as Chukka Cove, Green Grotto Caves, Seville Great House, Dolphin Cove, Dunn`s River Falls and Park, Mystic Mountain, Blue Hole and the world-renowned Margaritaville Restaurant and Bar.



Enjoy days of snorkeling, horseback riding, ziplining, glass bottom boat rides, water sports, craft markets, and duty free shopping.



Seconds from the entry to the scenic North South Highway, your drive to Kingston will take approximately 50 minutes.

Many major car rental companies are located on the island. You may pick up a rental car at the airports or in any of the larger towns including Kingston, Montego Bay and Ocho Rios. An Avis Rental Car location is in the Town of Ocho Rios. Bear in mind that in Jamaica vehicles are operated on the left side of the road.



Lightweight tropical clothing is best year-round. Swimwear is allowed on the beach or at the poolside but not on the streets or in public areas.
