Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or use the rest room. Which is horrible at anytime, but especially when getting ready for work daily. There were No housekeeping services provided for multiple days- no clean towels, wash clothes. I had to purchase my own toilet tissue.
