I like the remodel of the hotel. What I didn't like is once I left my neck was itchy with bumps from the sheets and pillow. I don't think it was watched or clean.

Elevator broke down during entire stay. Had to walk up and down three flights of stairs multiple times. Large roach crawling around the room. Barely a trickle of hot water. Musty room odor.

Check in seemed a bit difficult as receptionist was hard to understand her English( guessing she was Hispanic). We were a bit surprised to have to pay $3.50 more for “city tax”-seems like usually all taxes are added in when purchasing on line.?..room was basically nice but floor was filthy!

Nice for one night stay

Lady at the front desk isn’t winning any personality awards anytime soon! Step off the elevator, to a non smoking floor, met with cigarette smoke smell. AC worked really well. Nowhere to place shower items in shower. Bed was actually pretty comfortable. Ice machine noise was annoying late into the evening. Shower water didn’t get very hot. Shower stream was light.

The room smelled horrible for it to be non smoking and had roaches in it. The king size bed had 2 toddler pillows and there was not enough wash clothes and towels . We had to constantly ask for clean ones. Staff was friendly. Never again .

We came here to evacuate from Hurricane Milton, The staff was very friendly and did everything they could do to accommodate all the people Who were trying to escape the storm. It's Bare Bones but pet friendly and served its purpose for Our family. The maintenance people were up early the next morning clearing out all the debris from the parking lot and walkways. I would recommend staying here again and you can't beat the price!
