"Generally a super stay. I love this part of Polanco; quiet but blocks from Polanquito! Room well stocked for two people. Bed comfortable and clean. Whole unit was super clean. Checkin simple and 24h guard very helpful. A very good value. The only negative was an absence of hot water on the second day of my stay. Not cold water but barely warm. Message to ULIV went unanswered. Hot water was available the other three mornings. "

"This place was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The check-in process and communication was so smooth. We loved that we had a 24/7 security guard inside the building by the front door. Bonus: location was great—a lot of restaurants, cafes, stores within walking distance. Highly recommend! "

"Very nice and clean apartment. It’s location in Polanco is excellent. My only issue was that it was very hot and the apartment didn’t have a fan. Had to request a fan in order to sleep to the reception several times until they gave me one a day later. "
