Enjoy this romantic garden cottage with covered porches, deck, and French doors leading from the indoor comfort to the outdoor beauty of the charming screened porch with a year-round outdoor fireplace. Every detail has been thought of for your convenience.

The interior features a classic mixture of modern and antique decor. The first floor features an open floor plan that exudes warmth and coziness. The beadboard walls, built-ins, French doors, beautiful woodwork, and a year-round fireplace in the living area add to the charm of this island home.

Located within strolling distance of Silver Lake Harbor, you will enjoy shops, galleries, restaurants, and sunsets over the harbor.

3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: First floor Primary Suite with King, Second floor 1 with Queen, 1 with Twin and Daybed. Jacuzzi in Master Bath.

Additional amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, two cable TVs, and 2 DVD players. Washer and dryer.

Indoor and outdoor fireplaces.

*This home does not provide linens.

The exterior offers porches, an outdoor shower, a charcoal grill, a picnic table, and a fish cleaning bench.

No Pets Allowed. No Smoking Permitted in the Units or on the Decks. Parking is limited to 2 mid-sized vehicles.
