"The staff was both professional and courteous. The room was very clean, and the location was really good. Once I parked my car, I didn't need it because everything we needed was within walking distance"

"Highly value-for-money! The experience was worth every dollar paid. Service staff were polite and helpful. If you are an onsen-goer, its onsens are some of the best. 4 pools, 2 indoor (1 is a cold bath) and 2 outdoor. There is also a sauna. There is free ice cream after onsen and supper every night! Ask for Oomori if you would like a large bowl. Free washing machine with detergent too. Most importantly, it is just beside Izumo JR Station. Highly recommended!"

"A couple of hundred yards from the station from which it is clearly visible this hotel offers rooms which are probably a bit larger than most, spotlessly clean and certainly excellent value for money."
