"Apartment is perfect for a young family. Large balcony, that gets a good bit of shade and sun throughout the day… with a nice outdoor sofa that couldn’t be seen in any photos. Had all the essentials (for both cooking and pool/house towels). Beds were absolutely fine too. Travel cots were provided - however we didn't use them as I think they need an upgrade for future guests. Have stayed in Luz a few times - at baia complex before. Would return to this apartment too."

"From making the booking Vitor was always at hand to answer any questions. 3 Days prior to us arriving Stela & Monica were amazing, again always on hand to answer any questions and to recommend places to visit and eat. The location of the apartment was perfect, 2 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and less than 5 minutes to the pool area. "We thoroughly enjoyed our 12 day stay at this lovely apartment. It’s fairly close to the Lagos marina, where there are great restaurants. The condo has all the amenities required and a large balcony to enjoy a fantastic view of Lagos and partial ocean view. The pool area was fabulous with great green space. It is just as the photos. "We really enjoyed our stay at João property it is in a great location near to the beach with shops and restaurants closeby it gets busy for parking in the daytime but I always found a space later when finished for the day, the condo was really nice, clean with all facilities and comfy beds the pool was great for a morning swim no one turns up until 10:30 so we had it to ourselves! The air con was a much needed extra with the heat getting upto near 40deg, all messages to João were answered...

"In 1 woord geweldig!! Mooi appartement met alles aanwezig zelfs in de keuken. Uitzicht magnifique en ligging heel mooi. Alleen jammer dat er geen zwembad meer was en weinig fijne restaurants in de buurt. Maar zelf koken was geen straf. We denken er zelfs over om nog een keer terug te gaan."

"Great location and nice apartment but property manager gave us the wrong keys and we didn’t have access to the rooftop as advertised. We had to contact the owners to get the proper keys for the pool and discuss about the rooftop. Property manager didn’t want to let us up there but owners finally got a hold of him and then we were given the proper keys. Maybe a lack of communication between the owners and property manager. Great otherwise!"

"The apartment has everything you need and is very clean. The host was great! Helena kept in contact with us and came to visit us to check that we were happy. If you’re planning on staying here with the intention to travel to surrounding areas I’d advise you to rent a car. Getting a cab can be quite difficult at times. Other than that, this place is perfect!"

"We have stayed at Boavista many times as there is plenty to do such as golf,swimming tennis archery ( which was good fun ) This is one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in on this resort. It is well located with very comfortable beds and furniture and all the equipment you could need Helena , who was looking after us ,was extremely helpful and was always available if we had any questions We will definitely stay here again"
