Lovely friendly staff, good breakfast and nice clean rooms. One downside was the heat in the rooms though, with no air con, which made it uncomfortably hot. Everything else very good.

Easy free parking just off the motorway, you can easily drive into Odense and pay for parking. Restaurant not open every day, no other restaurants in immediate vicinity. Short drive to a supermarket

Nice hotel in Odense

This hotel is in an industrial park, so it feels a little odd when approaching. The staff were friendly and helpful both at check in and at breakfast. The room was comfortable with fold-down bunks for kids (mostly good, but our kiddo knocked her head on the upper bunk which is very close to the pillow of the lower bunk). They don’t have laundry machines, which seems to be common in Denmark, but they aren’t too far from a laundromat and stores. Breakfast was good.

Enjoyable Stay with Great Service and Breakfast

I had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of options including delicious waffles. The service was top-notch, with the concierge kindly lending me two USB chargers at no cost – a real lifesaver. The staff, overall, were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. While the room felt slightly cramped for my family of four, it didn't dampen the experience. Recommended.

Disgusting smell

Smelled like sewage in the bathroom and not the nicest shower, black things in the corner. They really need to find the cause of this problem. Cannot add photo through the app sadly, but trust me it's in bad shape...

The staff were friendly and helpful but it was a 15 minute bus ride into Ondense so rather out the way and limited activities or restaurants. The dinner we did have at the hotel was good but the menu was extremely limited and very expensive. Due to allergies the menu was even more limited and none of the food either at breakfast or dinner had allergy listings so we embarrassingly had to ask all the time putting us on edge about food choices. The room was tight but functional and we had to be informed by cleaners that we had to ask reception to put us on the list for clean towels. We were very appreciative of the bicycles the hotel had for us to use and we had a fun day out on them when we had to ditch the idea of the zoo because it was just too expensive and unjustified. All in all very quiet and fair price for the room. Many thanks for the opportunity

Fint ophold for en enkelt nat og værelset var pænt og rent, men noget småt og mørkt, selv med lys i alle lamper eller i dagslys. Vi mener også, at til mere end 1500 kr. for en enkelt nat på et 4-stjernet motorvejshotel, har man skåret lige lovligt meget ind til benet på værelsesfaciliteter; ingen bademåtte til det kolde gulv, ingen slippers eller badekåbe, ingen små pakker med vatpinde, rondeller og lign., badehåndklæderne ret små og ikke særlig tykke, ingen kleenex i rummet, intet køleskab. Ved flere dags ophold ingen rengøring med mindre man giver besked senest aftenen før (med miljøhensyn som forklaring). Derudover var brusekabinen meget lille, og der var ikke plads til en toilettaske på badeværelsesbordet. Morgenmaden var rigtig god og varieret og personalet venligt og professionelt.
