На территории нет движения автомобилей и есть места для прогулок и отдыха - фонтан, аллейки, спортивная площадка, большая детская площадка, также здесь есть неплохой супермаркет, аптека, салон красоты и стоматологический кабинет. До моря и трассы здоровья 10 минут пешком.
Уютная студия 50м2 в стиле ЛОФТ. Для комфортного размещения в квартире одна кровать-king-size с ортопедическим матрацем и наматрасником и один модульный диван.
Квартира оборудована:
1.полноценная кухня с индукционной варочной панелью, СВЧ-печь, вытяжка, встроенный холодильник, посудомоечная машина, столовая группа (стол, 2 дизайнерских стула и 2 табурета), фильтр для очистки проточной воды.

4. В санузле: душевая кабина, полотенцесушитель, стиральная машина
5. В коридоре: огромный шкаф-купе, сейф, утюг и гладильная доска, плечики для одежды, пылесос.
Также имеется лоджия-стекляшка.
Гостям будет предоставлен банный текстиль - полотенца. А также большие полотенца для пляжа (в летний период)
Перед Вашим приездом в квартире производится тщательная уборка, во время проживания гости должны самостоятельно поддерживать чистоту. Для этого в квартире имеются пылесос, щётка и чистящие средства.
В квартире категорически запрещено курить!
