It’s a beautiful hotel with a great staff. We were able to speak English at our hotel and had great service. We had a beautiful balcony and loved the location. If you are looking for a relaxing trip, this is the right place to stay. You are outside the city and by beautiful beaches. But you are close enough to the city if you want to Uber in and out, it’s an easy trip. We rented bikes from the hotel and biked to Arcadia Beach. It was a fun way to see more of the area!

Friendly, English speaking staff - very helpful

I stayed here for just over a week with my wife and three year old daughter. English isn't widely spoken in Ukraine however all the staff at Villa Pina were able to communicate with us. The young lady & gentleman who work on the restaurant were especially helpful - they clearly work very hard! They have a beautiful swimming pool and are based 5 minute walk from the beach. I stayed on the 4th floor and had a lovely view of the sea from my balcony. 15 minute walk is my favourite restaurant, Riba (Fish) they offers excellent views of the sea. The food is excellent!! Although Villa Pina isn't in the centre of the city, they can arrange a taxi which costs approximately £4. If you're looking for a friendly, family run place to stay at affordable cost, I highly recommend Villa Pina.

Clean, good service, exceptional food.

My stay did not start out well, but it quickly got better as the week went on. I was told upon my late evening check in that I could not have the suite room I had reserved, it was not available. The following day the manager called and explained about mechanical failure that had occurred in the room do to an exceptionally cold period in the region. To make up for my disappointment, they gave me a reduced room rate, and a discount on all services offered by the hotel. I found this to be quite acceptable. The service and cleanliness was top notch and the restaurant was quaint and cosy, with great service and exceptional food. Everyone I had to interface with spoke an acceptable level of English and were very accommodating to my requests. I cannot comment on the pool area amenities, as was winter when I visited, but I am looking forward to a return visit in warmer weather to enjoy the pool facilities and terrace area.

freundliches Personal, sehr guter Kaffee, Gute Küche. sauberer Pool, Meerblick ,ca. 300m zum Strand. Für Westeuropäer könnte die Umgebung gewöhnungsbedürftig sein. Es ist aber unserer Ansicht nach sehr sicher....auch Nachts. Tolles Nachtleben am Strand. Kleiner Minuspunkt: Man muss sich am Vortag für´s Frühstück anmelden ( welches Frühstück und zu welcher Zeit) Das würde ich gern morgens nach dem Aufstehen entscheiden können. Sonst war alles toll !

Great Hotel, Great prices, great location!

A recommended trip for anyone looking to enjoy Odessa and it's spectacular Black Sea resort area! Villa Pinia is not walking distance from such tourist spots as Deribasivska Street, but it's an easy cab ride and the prices are very reasonable for almost everything compared to other Mediterranean spots. It's proximity to the lovely beach couldn't be better. The public beach is a 3 minute walk and reveals a sandy beach, beds on the beach, and refreshments. It is also right next door to Ibiza nightclub, if that's your thing. Plagenick Beach Club, which is open 24/7 through the summer months, was really a second home while we were there! There was great food during the day and great live entertainment and DJ's at night! The staff at Villa Pinia were extremely courteous and accommodating and I will definitely be back to Odessa and definitely be back at Villa Pinia when I do!

Hvis skal reise om winteren, anbefales ikke. Om sommer er det fint. OBS! Må ta taxi til sentrum som koter ganske mye. Frokost er ikke noe særlig, men ikke så verst heller. Personale er veldig hjelpsomme og polite.
