A nice quiet hotel on a quiet leafy street in the centre of Odesa. The hotel is set back in courtyard and also has a shelter downstairs so very welcome in war time. Breakfast was average - more fruit and healthy options would have been welcome. Staff were helpful.

Beautiful old historic building, comfortable, quiet room, friendly and welcoming staff, good breakfast, tasty choices of food to order to your room. Centrally located, just 10 minutes walk away from opera house and Deribasovsky street. I would certainly stay there again.

Excellent place. I only stayed here 2 night, wonderful and super clean rooms. also very warm room in winter time. Extremely good breakfast buffet. they will give you cappuccino when you come eat the first breakfast buffet. I want to say thanks for the Irina. reception desk service are very helpful and efficient. I will choose this hotel again when i come back to Odessa. 4 star hotel.10 star service.

Das Hotel liegt ziemlich zentral und doch ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind groß und freundlich eingerichtet. Von den ohnehin recht schmalen Balkonen hat man aber nicht viel, weil diese direkt auf eine (bemalte) Wand ausgerichtet sind. Das WLAN ist schnell und kostenlos. TV Programme sind zahlreich, aber für nicht russisch/ukrainischsprachige Gäste ungeeignet Ausnahme: DW-TV, BBC World, CNN. Das Frühstück ist gut, mir fehlt gutes Brot. Der Kafee wird mit einer klassischen Espressomaschine nach Wunsch zubereitet. Das ist lecker, aber nichts für ungeduldige Gäste. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Miła obsługa przed i w trakcie pobytu. Niespodzianka czekająca w pokoju była bardzo uprzejmym gestem ze strony kierownictwa. Hotel bardzo dobrze położony w spokojnej okolicy, a jednocześnie blisko centrum. Śniadania dobre, ale przed godz.11 już nie uzupełniano produktów i trochę brakowało. W telewizji wyłącznie kanały ukraińskie i rosyjskie :(. Pokój ładnie urządzony ze wszystkimi niezbędnymi urządzeniami (lodówka, czajnik, suszarka, pantofle, szlafrok, itd.). Ogólne wrażenia: bardzo dobre.

A disappointment stay

the first day i received the room late at 14:30, even though the reception knew i arrived at 4 a.m Second, more then half a day there were no water, so I can't used the shower. Third, when i asked the front desk the option to check out at 18:00 they ask me to pay extra. Fourth, i complained about the noise on my floor from two rooms next to me, but the management did not do a thing. I am very disappointed with this attitude. They try to give me a free one way ride to the airport cost around 150uah, I refused for this small offer

I really enjoyed the delightful breakfast buffet especially the delicious pastries. Yana was great in helping me out with some practical matters! Slept wonderful in comfy bed. Hotel is situated on a terrific location in the middle of the city center: ideal for a city trip!!

It was a small big hotel in a sidestreet. Therefore it was quiet in the night and the airconditioning was a good feature as temperature climbed to 34C in mid August.Another unique detail outside the entrance between housewalls was a beautifully painted sidewall telling you som historical events. The friendly and pretty girls at the reception were always forthcoming and paid attention to all your questions or wishes.A minor cons was the narrow space for the toilette chair in bathroom. Not a big deal after all.
