"Breakfast was wonderful. Its the usual stuff, but their are pretty tasty (except the oats)! Food ran out quite fast, but they stop topping up pretty early. Staff in the front desk was not friendly, neither helpful, basically can get no answer from him. We can see that they are trying to cut down cost, for example there is no kettle, so we have to top up at the lobby. Since we dont have bottles, we have to use the small cups and have to top up quite a few times. There is nothing much near the hotel, except all fast food chains which not my family enjoyed."

"From the outside you wouldn’t think it was much but inside was roomy with a full kitchen, regular sized fridge and stove with oven. Price was great as well. Nicely remodeled. Very pleased."

"Comfy beds and cool atmosphere. We got the Executive Suite, which our kids loved, and we did, too. We have stayed here before, but never in the suite. It has a balcony overlooking the indoor pool, and it also has a huge hot tub inside the room. Comfy couch and recliner, and lots of room for all our stuff. We slept so good we missed breakfast (which has always been pretty good here). The staff was fantastic, as always."

She went above and beyond with her customer service and was an absolute delight to interact with. I called ahead about needing a crib, and she made sure it was already set up in our room when we walked in. No reminders, no hassle, just handled. That level of care stands out. Bottom line: if more hotels ran like this one, travel would be a whole lot better. Stay here."
