"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Both rooms that were assigned to me had mold and were leaking from the ceiling, making them unacceptable to stay in.
The room also had blood stains on both the bed sheets and the mattress, which was very concerning. In addition, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the room, and the restroom was not clean upon arrival.
Neither of the two TVs in the room worked. When I reported these issues, the staff was unable to resolve them...
"Room was not cleaned ( toilet bowl). Facial tissue were not in place. Back door to lobby was broken, and anyone could access the place. Good price for the room."
"Rylee at the front desk is Excellent! Give her a raise. She was very helpful and remembered us the next morning. The country needs more people like her.👍👍👍"
