![Nandankanan Zoological Park is a 400-hectare (990-acre) zoo and botanical garden in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. Established in 1960, it was opened to the public in 1979 and became the first zoo in India to join World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA) in 2009. It also contains a botanical garden and part of it has been declared a sanctuary. Nandankanan, literally meaning The Garden of Heaven,[1] is located near the capital city, Bhubaneswar, in the environs of the Chandaka forest, and includes the 134-acre (54 ha) Kanjia lake.

But a lot to improve on the service, clear information regarding check in and check out timings, daily room cleaning with bed sheet change and towels daily should be given to guest, cab/taxi assistance for guest during stay, don’t suddenly call the guest and ask them to check out on a sudden short time saying 24hrs check in and check out time, speak politely with guest, give clarity, allow a few hours of extension during check out, provide good drinking water daily in the room, talk...

"He tenido una experiencia realmente buena en mi estancia en Jharana Guest House en Puri. Aakash el prlpietario, como su familia y trabajadores han sido encantadores y cercanos y familiares en el trato. (Tuve un malentendido con la reserva y no hubo ni un problema para solventarlo por parte de Aakash).
Habitaciones simples pero limpias y la localización excelente entre el templo Jagannath y la playa entre las callejuelas del centro. Volveré a Puri y volveré a alojarme en Jharana Guest House. "

"The new management is making concerted efforts to enhance various aspects of the property. However, the recent renovations have left behind thick layers of dust, leading to discomfort for guests as they inhale paint and dust particles during their stay.
Unfortunately, there have been issues with the availability of hot water for showers, and the toilet base is not stable. Additionally, there is a lack of ventilators in the restroom, and the Tenda wireless access points used by the establishment...
