"The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere. The Wellness centre is excellent for a swim and sauna. The apartment was spacious and it has the most comfortable bed. We loved our stay and will most certainly be back"

"Property is located over 3 buildings and this means there is a bit of explanation required. We checked in at one building, breakfast was in another and our room in another. We had misunderstood where check out was, probably due to language differences, and it wasn't the same as check in. My only concern was that while our building door was locked on arrival for security, other guests kept propping the door open. "

"Ich habe das Hotel vor allem wegen der guten Lage gebucht. Die Fußgängerzone Lüneburgs ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein öffentliches Parkhaus (Höchstpreis pro Tag 15 Euro) ist auch zu Fuß vom Hotel gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer sowie das Bad waren sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Allerdings war das Zimmer ziemlich klein. Das Bett stand mit der einen Seite direkt an der Wand unter einer Dachschräge. Man musste über das Fußende hinein krabbeln. Das ist sicherlich nicht jedermanns Sache. Für einen...

"Alles ziemlich einfach , Haus in die Jahre gekommen. Akzeptabel wenn man geringe Ansprüche hat"

"I am not sure why this is called a sport hotel. There is a weird gym, but no pool or other options for fitness. Breakfast was nice. Reservations communication and service need to be improved."

"Nice hotel on our way back from Denmark. Nice, cisy and modern restaurant with many choices and combinations, ofcourse at a price. They have new renovated rooms and old rooms, which are still Ok, except for the bad pillows."

"Schönes Hotel, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Biosauna defekt, Kegelbahn defekt, Darts zum Teil defekt, unterer Teil sehr stark abgenutzt. Für uns stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider gar nicht. Das Frühstück war 10 Tage das gleiche und frisches Obst gab es nur in Form von Äpfeln. Für uns sehr enttäuschend. "
