"The hotel was very beautiful and clean and it was very close to shopping and restaurants and connected to a shopping mall and it was easy to get around. It was a perfect spot and the front desk host were very polite and welcoming. I would stay here again"

"From start to finish the stay was very enjoyable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely, large room (330) with all mod cons. Great breakfast and dinner service. Fast Wi-Fi. Nice area. Comfortable bed. Very fair price. 2 tiny niggles, both reported to the staff - bathroom was poorly lit and the shower 'screen' was far too small to prevent water splashing everywhere."

"The location to the train station makes it super convenient. It is also close to the city center and very near many historic attractions. "

"One staff person was quite nice and helpful. The others ranged from aloof to rudely dismissive. Dining staff need to improve hygiene awareness. They tolerated hand picking through cheese, meat and breads by some of the guests. There usually were dogs in the dining room and some of the staff would go from petting back to food and dishes handing. A couple of the dogs weren't clean."
