"Maid service was great, daily and on time, adjusted to our schedule. Front desk and concierge friendly, patient with my sub-par French. Our TV broke one morning and the repair person was there immediately to fix it. Very pleased with excellent service. Daily breakfast was good in clean, pleasant setting. The hard boiled eggs are already peeled. Pool and workout room clean, plenty of towels. We were pleased with this accomodation "

"It is affordable and well located. It is definitely dated and needs repairs in some places. Their key cards do not work well and need to be reset constantly - not a problem I have in other hotels. "

"This was a great hotel. A 5 min walk to the Metro (Orange line) which takes you right downtown Montreal. There’s a Walmart, Tim Hortons, Ardenes outlet, gas stations, and much more all within 2-10 mins away. Staff was awesome, beds were very comfortable. I brought my own pillow so can’t comment on that, husband said they were great. The only complaint was the 2 mile walk through the hotel to my room haha. You’ll get your steps in for sure. "

"Room was a typical dorm room. Appreciated the sink and fridge. Bed was ok. The shared kitchen, located at the elevators was dirty and the smell from the garbage was overwhelming for 2 full days and could be smelled down the hallway. The shared bathroom and shower seemed to be neglected and was not clean. "
