Booked a deluxe room? Nothing deluxe about it. Just a standard room. No frills at all. Was clean, but bed not that comfortable and pillows not very supportive. Staff were friendly. Copthorne Hotel Cardiff-Caerdydd
Breakfast was pleasant however the clocked elements were a little cold. The room was great but needed more shower gel etc There needed to be some bottled water in the room

For Students Only - Ty Nant in Swansea
Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com ...
