"The room was clean and there was coffee/tea making facilities which was brill as I do love my coffee. The room had a wall mounted T.V. The staff were absolutelly brilliant, helpfull and always smiling. Would definitely go back as the price was absolutely brilliant. The train station was so close if you wanted to go to cardiff, trains every 30 mins."

"The breakfast menu was amazing , everything lovely and fresh, and superb choice, something for everyone. The staff in the dinning room were just lovely, thank you Ann, you are such a lovely friendly lady. Our room was really nice everything we needed, needed to turn off the heating for a while as was too warm, but I’m not complaining."

"Stayed here many times and always a lovely time and lovely breakfast but on this occasion 28/03/26 breakfast wasn't nice and bacon was so hard you could knock someone out with it when my mum ask for fresh bacon the waitress said well the bacon was fresh this morning and its all gone my mum went back and asked 10 mins later and asked if the bacon was ready the waitress said its cooking with an attitude this waitress need retraining in customer service as there is a certain way to speak and thats not it"

"We stayed in room 12 and yes the room was amazing and clean and comfortable. The only thing is don’t think you will be getting any sleep as there was a constant noise in the room and the only way to describe it is when you hear a helicopter outside. Told the staff member and he said it’s the generator between the walls and it would turn off in 30/40mins. Long story short it didn’t turn off and after getting to the point of exhaustion we finally fell asleep. Spoke to the staff member in the morning and he didn’t really care. Sent an email to the manager and was given a reply that next door neighbours extractor fan was left on. I’m not stupid and could tell it’s more than that and also it means someone there is lying which isn’t the best service. Stayed here before and it was amazing so I suggest if they offer you room 12 refuse. "
