The room was great, we had an excellent view from our balcony of sunrise, beds were comfortable, pool and hot tub clean. Excellent location as we were able to walk to shops, restaurants and the marginal way. Air conditioning is loud but we would rather be cool and deal with noise.

Great place to stay. My daughter and myself had a wonderful time. Rooms clean, short walk to the beach or they have a very nice pool and hot tub. We definitely will stay here again!!!

Great king room with a super view of the tidal river. Very clean and updated. Large shower with two heads. Nice two seater private deck. The ground were well kept and the flowers were nicely done. Large pool area and a hot tub.

The property was clean and the gardens were beautiful. The floor in our room was dusty and needed a good vacuuming and mopping. Staff were friendly. I would stay there again. Convenient walk to downtown Ogunquit and beach.

Staff were polite and informative, easy to navigate the property and the area, also for the style of resort to accommodate a nicely equipped fitness studio and hot tub were nice caveats, kids loved the pool and vicinity to the ocean also soo many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed every minute at the resort hope to make our way back someday.

We had a fantastic stay at Asphinquid! Peaceful resort right near the beach and downtown. The room was clean / spacious. Lots of restaurants and walking areas nearby. Perfect place for the family. Cannot wait to go back!

Stayed for one night. Hotel was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. Walked the marginal way to and from dinner which was beautiful. The walk to downtown and the beach was under 5 minutes. Would stay again.

The staff was helpful and friendly! I liked the room, which was clean with comfortable beds and pillows. My room had an upstairs loft and a balcony with beautiful views of both the river and the ocean. The grounds were surrounded by garden flowers and the birdhouses were very nice attracting a variety of birds. Location was great with beach, restaurants, and shops nearby within walking distance. Ogunquit has beautiful, clean oceans, and soft sand! Very enjoyable.

Air conditioning great and bed comfortable. Room was clean and had toaster tea kettle and cutlery if necessary. I had bought a beach chair which I left at the front desk for other guests who might forget there’s like I did. Enjoy your holiday I would highly recommend for location and amenities with a pool.

We booked a two bedroom for October 13th, having not been there before, not knowing we would be on the ground level in the summer building. The temperature was quite cool and the wooden floors and temperature of the bathroom was freezing. Even with the heater/ac unit at the back the floors/bathroom did not warm up. I spoke to the front desk and was told this building is not meant for this time of year and there was nothing they could do. People should not be able to book if it’s not weather appropriate. This greatly affected our comfort during our stay. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable and the location was great!

The room was excellent and clean. The balcony was a nice place to take some time to relax and watch the people go by. The outside was very nice and colorful. The parking was tight when we arrived, and the manager went out to find cars that should not have been parked in the lot due to the proximity to the ocean. He addressed the issue and called our room when he had the parking situation fixed. The staff was very pleasant.

Lots of beautiful flowers on property. Room "extremely" small and cramped. Nowhere to sit or eat in our room. No Microwave, no tea, no safe, no clock. Could not reach the AC controls 7' up into the wall. Terrible lighting unless daytime. No private balcony for our room. Needs updating. Blackout shades don't fully cover, not useful. Old furniture, Mold in the shower, not clean. Not handicapped friendly. No restrooms near the pool. Would not stay again!
