Beautifully situated in the heart of Ogunquit village, this refined, light-filled studio will place you just a few steps from wonderful restaurants, charming shops, and the gorgeous stretch of Ogunquit Beach.
This studio is one of four in the High Rock complex, a property that has stood on the north side of small-town Ogunquit since 1925. The beach is a quarter mile away, accessed on foot via the aptly named Beach Road. As one of Maine's most picturesque villages, Ogunquit offers all sorts of delights in the surrounding blocks, with the Lobster Point Lighthouse, the Marginal Way oceanfront path, and the famous Ogunquit Playhouse within a one-mile stroll.
Begin each morning with a mug of coffee outside on your private deck, as you watch the morning sun illuminate the town below. After spending the day swimming and beachcombing, come home to shed the provided beach chairs and umbrella, fix yourself a cold drink, and unwind in the blissful air conditioning.
Come dinnertime, make use of the gas grill on the grounds and your own polished kitchen (with stainless steel appliances) to prepare local seafood fresh from the ocean. In the evening hours, curl up with a good book by the electric fireplace, watch a favorite movie on cable or streaming, or catch up on email and photo-sharing using the complimentary WiFi.

There is no washer/dryer.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
