Your quiet oasis is just steps from Ogunquit's Marginal Way and restaurants such as the Footbridge Lobster, MC Perkins Cove as well as amazing shops right outside your doorstep. Views of Perkin's Cove, the Atlantic Ocean, and Perkin's Cove historical drawbridge is right outside your window.

The magical location is a hidden gem within the serenity of your cottage with, in addition to 2 bedrooms, has 2 baths, full kitchen, dining area, and living room, and has the most amazing outside deck overlooking the ocean. Open the large sliding glass doors and feel the relaxing and therapeutic ocean breeze and let the ocean be your playground. Have an amazing diner on the oceanfront deck.

Fresh new high thread count linens and Turkish towels are provided as well as start-up shampoo, soap, toilet paper and paper towels. The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need for your culinary delights. Enjoy the convenience of fast WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, heating, AC, and an iron and ironing board. There is even on-site parking - a true rarity in Perkins Cove.

The location is absolutely ideal: Quiet yet in the center of it all. Enjoy Perkins Cove activities like deep sea fishing trips, charter boats, and beautiful cruises along the Maine coast, as well as shopping, museums and art galleries. Steps outside your door enjoy everything lobster - from a lobster breakfast, to lobster mac and cheese to the Footbridge Lobster's famous Lobster Roll.

Beachgoers can stroll the Marginal Way to the beach or catch an easy trolley or golf cart ride to the Maine Beach. We can even show you some local favorite beach hideouts and lesser known local restaurants. Where does Broadway go in the summer? Well, the Ogunquit Playhouse of course! The shows at our remarkable playhouse have incredible performances and history including where Betty Davis started her career!

Ogunquit Beach has been recently recognized as one of the top ten beaches in the United States and it is your time for you to see why!

There are also attractions right outside our Beautiful Place by the Sea. The Cape Neddick Golf Course is just a few miles from the cottage as well as Mount Agamenticus for outdoor enthusiasts. Portland Maine is just 45 minutes and Portsmouth, New Hampshire is only about 25 minutes. Boston is 64 miles south of Ogunquit.

After all of this playing, come back to your cottage and relax and enjoy a cocktail on the oceanfront deck or search for sea dollars or sea glass on your own private beach. Too much stress? Don't want to do anything? Then just sit back and relax and hear the waves crashing right outside your doorstep. You deserve this level of luxury to recharge.

Wonderful Location

Beautiful property in a wonderful location in Perkins Cove. We loved being so close to shops and restaurants and have the ocean outside the back door as well. Will definitely want to stay here again on our next trip to Ogunquit. The owner was also very helpful and went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect.

The Richters do Maine!

The cottage is adorable! Very comfortable, well equipped and the location was perfect! The only downside is that a lot of the shops & restaurants were either closed or in the process of closing for the season. I am already planning a return trip but will come earlier in the month.

A Wonderful Week

We had a fantastic time at this gorgeous home. The sunrises are fantastic, the beach access is wonderful, and the location is the best. The host was incredibly easy to deal -- very responsive and friendly. This was just the vacation we wanted in Ogunquit. We were very fortunate to spend our vacation in this beautiful home.

Great 4 day get-away

Fantastic location. Charming interior. We stayed in early December and all was cozy...no crowds, right on the water, walks along the shore, easy distance for exploring other Maine coast towns of note. Highly recommended!

Perkins Cove Cottage Pleasure

We had a wonderful stay! The property and location was perfect. Enjoyed sitting on the beach watching the tide roll in & out. Took several walks on the Marginal Way up into town for shopping & restaurants. Day trips to Wells Beach, York Beach, Kennebunkport & Portland. Also got to enjoy opening night of Waitress at Ogunquit Playhouse.

Perfection!

This house couldn't be more perfect - the location is right at the end of the Marginal Way, smack in the middle of Perkins Cove and right on the ocean. The house itself is lovely, well maintained, with beautiful views from both levels. We walked to every meal, shopped, hiked and went to the beach. I would definitely come back again!

Perfectly maintained, modern property with fantastic view.

I've been coming to this area for decades and stayed in many places; this was my first time being lucky enough to book a property ON THE OCEAN right in the middle of Perkins Cove. I've already booked for next year! The location is incredible, the views fantastic, and the two bedroom little house very comfortable. Everything is in A-1 condition, which has not been my experience at other properties in the area. The owner and host is hospitable and friendly and does business in an efficient, professional fashion. This place is a winner!!!

Wonderful spot in Perkins Cove

We had a great stay at this property! Weather was gorgeous so we spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the fantastic view of the ocean. You step off the deck and you’re on the sand! Location in Perkins Cove was a huge plus. Unit was well appointed with tasteful decor and comfy beds. Very clean! Jason was a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive to questions we had before checkin. Highly recommend this spot to explore all Ogunquit has to offer.

The PERFECT getaway

The BEST experience EVER! Jason was simply incredible! The condo is beautifully decorated; the beds were very comfortable; spa towels in the bathrooms; convenient kitchen with everything you need; location in Perkins Cove was fabulous...right on the beach; and clean, clean, clean! And oh the VIEWS!! Just breathtaking. It was simply perfect!! Can't wait to come back! (Jason also owns the Abalonia Inn, located in Ogunquit. We stayed there for the 2nd time the night before check in at The Cove Cottage, and once again, it didn't disappoint. Two great properties!!)

Great Location but this apartment is not comfortable

Study this unit carefully. The view and location are wonderful; however, there is no bathroom on the upper level with the master bedroom making you have to go down steep stairs at night. The bathroom for that bedroom is on the main level and it is very very small. The lower level bedroom has a big bathroom but has no furniture or TV , just has a bed. That bedroom's closet is under the stairs causing many hits in the head. There is not any seating for four inside this unit. All meals and socializing must be done on the deck - rain or shine. It is possible for two people to stay here and make these quirks work but for more than that it just is not comfortable.

Perkins Cove Gem

I have had my eye on this property for years and it was always booked! Dates opened up and I grabbed a weekend. You can not beat the location. We arrived and parked our car and walked everywhere! The unit makes terrific use of its limited space. The small kitchen functions beautifully and includes a full size fridge. There is a bathroom on this "living" level. It's tight but functional and includes a very small stand up shower. The loft upstairs is spacious and it includes a gas fireplace. We were lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. Take note, you must descend the stairs in the middle of the night if you have to go to the bathroom. The lower level has an ensuite set up. There is a deck with a table and 4 chairs. Unfortunately, we were able to sit there and use two comfy Adirondack chairs for about 3 hours. The glorious weather shifted soon after our arrival and we had a weekend of rain, wind and chilly temperatures. I love a good storm, but not a weekend of inclement weather!!! We prepared and still walked everywhere in our rain gear. We enjoyed steamed lobsters from the Footbridge Cafe and took our meals across the street to the house to consume. We walked Marginal Way, snagged a table at The Front Porch Piano bar, ate a phenomenal meal at That Place and enjoyed a dinner at Maine Catch.We cooked all our breakfasts in, which saved money! If Mother Nature had cooperated, it would have been an 11 out of 10, instead, we had to settle for a 10 out of 10!
